  Top notch service. I needed a car at the last minute and ENTERPRISE Car Rental not only was able to fill the bill and get on my way in a very short time the check out and turn in could not have went any smoother. Even smother than borrowing a car from a friend or family member. Will definitely use ENTERPRISE again!

  The employees were exceptional. The cleaning crew could spend just a little time on detailing. When you have a nice automobile it really doesn’t take that much to make a diamond shine and raise your ratings.

  I can see why the reviews are so low. They tell you they can use a debit card that runs as credit then I uber there and spent money and time and then they tell me it has to be a major credit card. Absolutely a waste of time USE TURO car rental and avoid these rude people!

  When you rent a car from here, physically shake each price of trim. I had one piece of trim literally fly off. It was PAINFULLY obvious this was NOT the result of a crash. Literally - the thing just flew off. Enterprise made no effort to believe me or meet me in the middle. I looked up the trim on line and found it for $89 from several places. So I paid the $300 deductible thinking that was the end of it. Nope. They billed me for another $200. I’m pretty sure there was a surcharge for the ambient air the mechanic breathed while snapping the new part on. On top of that I received a call from my insurance company. Not only did they charge me $500……. They ALSO charged my insurance company the $500. I get wanting to use OEM parts and what not. But applying common sense to the situation AND maybe meeting a customer in the middle is a desirable trait. Not only was I treated like a liar in the face of physical evidence. But I was charged for every aspect of the repair. And my insurance company was charged TOO. Yes. My insurance company informed me today that they too were billed for $500. Their dudes out there washing the cars with brushes. No chance that the part was knocked loose or returned loose prior to me picking it up. When you rent from this place and do your walk around- physically check every piece of trim. Not just visually, but try to wigggle it. Check EVERYTHING. More over, I was over an hour late departing for my trip because the FOB they provided me had a dead battery in it. I replaced the battery. I didn’t charge them a dime. In hindsight sight I should have charged them $30 for the FOB Battery (selecting the highest quality OEM Battery on the market) . My hourly rate for that job I was headed to was $100 per hour. I lost one hour due to securing a new battery. There should have been a $25 convenience fee. $10.00 disposal fee. The way I see it Enterprise owes me $165.00 for that FOB battery.
