  I went to Tire Kingdom for a new front tire. I was warmly greeted by Mike who was very attentive and answered every question i had. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He gave great costumer service and i will definitely come back to see Mike the next time i need services.

  I took my car in for an oil change and was greeted by Mike, who was professional, courteous, and very helpful from the start. He explained everything they would be doing, including the 10-point inspection, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, and Mike definitely made a great impression. You can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of customers. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to Tire Kingdom for future services. Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Ray. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service was quick, communication was great, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

  Terrible service and a complete waste of time. I made a confirmed reservation for a tire rotation at the Mavis location at 8181 Wiles Rd, Pompano Beach / Coral Springs for May 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they were too busy and would not be able to finish a simple tire rotation before closing at 6:00 PM. So what exactly is the point of scheduling appointments if they mean nothing? A basic tire rotation should not require more than two hours, especially when the customer has a confirmed reservation. To make it worse, while I was speaking with the employee, he answered the phone in the middle of our conversation and kept talking while I was just standing there. No apology, no respect, no attempt to help. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. It honestly feels like the “free tire rotation” offer is just a way to get people into the store, not a real service they are prepared to provide. I left without the service being done. I will not be coming back to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service.

  The customer service representative Mike was a life saver! Not only he was very informative but gave me the exact information I needed. I initially called tire kingdom but it was connected to the call center and spoke to a random rep, I thought I was quoted a great deal but after driving 45 mins, Mike informed me that I was misled by coming in by the call center rep but with Mikes great eye on catching the issue, my problem was solved! I will 100% continue to do business not only that, but tell everyone I know to go to Mike at tire kingdom in Coral Springs on Wiles!
