  Today did not start off the way I planned. I had an unexpected tire blowout on the same day I started my new job, and I was honestly pretty overwhelmed knowing this was an expense I wasn’t expecting. When I walked into Mavis Tire on Wiles Road, I met the manager, Mike, and he truly turned my day around. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared. He took the time to explain the different tire options, the mileage warranties, and the differences between them. No one has ever taken the time to educate me like that before, and I really appreciated it. Because of Mike, Mavis has definitely gained a loyal customer. It’s so refreshing to come across someone in a management position who still knows how to be human. He treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding instead of making me feel like I was just another customer walking through the door. In today’s world, that kind of customer service is rare, and it truly made all the difference for me. Thank you, Mike, for your honesty, professionalism, and compassion. You took what started out as a really stressful day and turned it into a much better one. I’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend Mavis to my family and friends.-S.Chung

  I had a great experience at Tire kingdom coral Springs. Mike who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. He took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all my questions, and found the best solution for my needs. I really appreciate his honesty and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service and great prices. Thank you!

  I have been a customer here for a long time and I've even left them a good review before but that was because they offered me a $10 discount on my service that day and I'm sure they do that with everyone which explains all the good reviews that they do have but I had a pretty bad experience this week so my honest review of this place is their customer service and communication skills are terrible and I will not be giving them my business anymore

  They are always quick and efficient! The manager Ray is the best, he cares about people and does not over charge or make you feel like its all business. He checks on you while ypu are waiting and makes sure your comfortable with updates about your car. I have had many bad experiences with big companies corporate run or even smaller simply because im a woman that does not know about cars. But this Tire Kingdom is the exception, Ray makes sure of it.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but Ray absolutely deserves one. I bought tires from this Tire Kingdom location back in October, and for one of the first times in my life, I walked out of a tire shop without wondering, “Wait… did I just get talked into buying something I didn’t need?” That alone deserves five stars. Ray was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me multiple options based on my needs instead of immediately steering me toward the most expensive tires or using the usual sales tactics you run into at a lot of places. It honestly felt like I was talking to a knowledgeable friend rather than listening to a sales pitch. What really stood out was that Ray didn’t sound like he was reading from a company script. He treated me like a person, had a genuine conversation, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. That’s becoming way too rare these days. Tire Kingdom should take note of employees like Ray because he sets the standard for what customer service should be. If every location had someone like him, I’m pretty sure their review scores would need a bigger scale. Thanks again, Ray, for all your help. You’ve earned a customer for life. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future tire needs, and I’ll be sending anyone I know who’s looking for tires your way. Hopefully they don’t wear theirs out too quickly… but if they do, I know exactly where I’m sending them!
