I’ve made several reservations for premium cars only to be offered Toyota Corolla or KIA’s. BEWARE: Avoid a gentleman by the name of Foster at all costs, he will lie to you about inventory available and then do a bate / switch when you come to take your reserved car.

They demanded I sit in the lobby for hours until someone returned a car because they didn’t have any available. Needless to say I left in an uber. To clarify they picked me up from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet stating my car was ready. Go elsewhere!!

And they don’t call you , leave you an email they literally waste your time . There’s an Avis down the block just go there . And my car was reserve I did not show up randomly . Mind you this is not the first time having issues with this location or the same person
