  ​I am writing this review to warn others about the unreliable service at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the Turtle Run/Coral Springs location. ​I booked an SUV reservation three weeks in advance, specifically to ensure I would have the vehicle class I needed. When I called ahead today for pickup after visiting the branch the day before to make sure i would avoid being without my rental, I was informed that they did not have an SUV available for me. ​Having a reservation confirmed weeks in advance is a contract of service, not a suggestion. To call and be told there is no vehicle—despite providing ample notice—is a complete failure of basic operations and customer care. This experience has caused significant disruption to my plans and has completely eroded my trust in this specific branch and especially since this is the second time that this has happened so it's really shame on me now. ​It is baffling that a company of this size cannot manage its fleet inventory to honor reservations made well in advance. I expect better than to be left stranded due to administrative incompetence. Do not rely on their booking system if you actually need a vehicle. I will say that the staff is kind and professional but I can't put my luggage in them and ride out of town.

  DO NOT BOOK WITH ENTERPRISE AT THIS LOCATION! I booked a reservation three months in advance for a 12-passenger van. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, the van was not there, and I was told that the customer who had rented it should be returning it at any moment. My reservation pickup time was 8:00 a.m. I arrived at the location at 12:00 p.m. to see if the van had been returned, but it had not. I sat there for two and a half hours waiting for the van to be returned while the employees tried to contact the customer, with no success. I was told I would receive a call when the van was returned, which never occurred. I ended up having to go to another location to get a van, and it was not the one I had reserved. When it was time to return the van, I went to the same location where I picked it up. That location is 30 minutes away from my residence, and I asked if I would be able to get a ride back. I was told they only provide rides within a 2-mile radius. I was then told that I could drop the van off at this location and they would be able to give me a ride. However, when I arrived at this location, I was told they do not accept that type of van and that I would have to return it to the location where I picked it up. Keep in mind, that’s a 30-minute drive each way. I explained that the other location had specifically told me I could bring the van here. Long story short, I told them they would have to take the van to the other location themselves because I was not driving it back. I reached out to customer support, who said they forwarded my information to the district manager, and I am still waiting for a phone call or email. I have rented through Enterprise for years, but this experience completely erased all of the good experiences I previously had with this company.

  They gave us a vehicle,which we did not want.Had to go back next day to change closer to what we reguested.

  The prices are great and the quality and the condition of vehicles is fantastic but the best of all was the great customer service provide by James and the manager of the Turtle Run location, they went above and beyond to assist me in the return of my rental. I'm very thankful for them.

  Enterprise car rental is a great company but its the people that make it so. Our recent experience was fantastic, all because of the staff. It was a pleasure doing business with them
