  We had reserved a luxury SUV, but were told the morning of pick up that it wouldn't be available until a few hours later, much later than we wanted to leave on our road trip. We were offered a Honda Odyssey in it's place. We checked it out to see if it met our needs and accepted it. The quoted price was held although the Odyssey was listed for a higher daily rate. The Odyssey wound up being perfect for our trip. The return process was seamless and easy. I am very pleased with this latest rental with Enterprise

  This office is a breath of fresh air! As busy as they are, they were so friendly, helpful and professional. I had to call with a few questions and they answered and never rushed me. The agents all had smiles and made everyone feel welcome from the initial rental to the return! I highly recommend using them for your car rental needs! Thank you to Kelvin, Kendra and the team!

  James No words worth sharing. No communication. Like two deers stuck in headlights with no action to facilitate car accident victim of a Broward County Bus. Should not have to do all the work myself. Still waiting on a rental five days later still no rental. Big mistake. Losing monthly revenue and understaffed for the volume of business. No repeat business. Never have what I want. #NEVERAGAIN.NEVER

  I have to use this location for a business that I work for that rents from Enterprise. I rent a minimum 3-4 times a month. Every time there is an issue. The clients I work for always request a premium full size SUV. Even though a reservation is made weeks to a month in advance the requested/reserved vehicle is almost never on site. My last rental they told me the vehicle would be there in 20 minutes. I waited over an hour and a half for the vehicle to arrive. They had no concern for my schedule and where I had to be to pick up a client in the reserved vehicle they didn’t have at the time I needed it. Another time the vehicle was not there and they couldn’t get one so they put me in a Buick. Imagine having to pick up a CEO of a major company in a Buick when he/she requested a premium SUV. Today I had a reservation that was created a month ago for a premium SUV and once again it was not there. I arrived at 11:45AM and my reservation was for 12:00 PM. I checked in prior to arriving with the online link I was provided. Then had to wait almost an hour while they searched for the vehicle I reserved. They had no luck so I had to leave in a Ford Explorer. Not only that when I got into the vehicle it had less than a quarter tank of gas (43 miles to empty) The employees there have no empathy or concern for my frustrations and don’t even do anything to try to make the situation better. The funny thing is they always ask me to give a 5 star rating when I receive their survey. Enterprise you have to do better especially with a company that rents multiple vehicles daily all over the country. Very disappointing experiences. Update: Heather, I went to the site you sent me and got absolutely no where and wasted 30 minutes on a chat where the first person said it would be escalated to a regional manager who would contact me directly. When I asked for the name and number I was told to give her a moment and then she just left the chat. Then I got connected to a second person or AI bot not sure and was told that they don’t have that information. More time wasted and still got no resolution or anyone to reach out to me. Super frustrating. I have screenshots shots of the chats if anyone from Enterprise is interested in assisting me. How can I talk to a real person and get some clarity and resolution to my issues/concerns??? 5/7/26 Still waiting for the callback. No area manager ever returned my call. So disappointed. Spent all that time on the site with the chat all to get no return call nothing. Why have your customers waste their time thinking someone would actually listen to their concerns? Terrible way to do business when there are so many car rental companies out there. I’ll hold out hope and if I do get a callback I will update this review.
