  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise (in this location and across the company). I made a reservation for a weekend trip to celebrate my young daughter's birthday. When we arrived at the pickup location, we were told that the vehicle was no longer available. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the staff sent us to another Enterprise location and specifically indicated that the vehicle would be available there. We drove to the second location expecting to finally receive the rental, only to be told when we arrived that the vehicle was also unavailable. The way the situation was handled by the staff was extremely frustrating. There seemed to be little effort to actually help us find a solution, and we were essentially left to figure out our own transportation. Because of this, we had to use multiple vehicles and incurred additional expenses for gas, hotel parking, tolls, and other transportation costs. Enterprise did eventually refund the rental, but that does not make us whole for the additional expenses and inconvenience their failure to provide a vehicle caused. I contacted Enterprise multiple times and was initially told someone would reach out within 1–2 days. It took a week to receive a response. When I finally spoke with Customer Relations, I was told that reservations are not guaranteed and that my concerns would simply be forwarded to the branch for "coaching." I then asked what Enterprise would do to compensate us for the additional expenses we incurred. The answer was that they were not willing to provide anything. I want to make it clear that I do not blame the customer service representative I spoke with. They were professional and were clearly working within the limited authority they were given. My frustration is with Enterprise's policies, the handling of the reservation at the branch, and the company's unwillingness to take responsibility for the financial consequences of what happened. Honestly, experiences like this may explain why Enterprise receives so many negative customer reviews. A company should not simply refund the original rental and consider the matter resolved when its failure leaves the customer with additional expenses and a disrupted family trip. We chose Enterprise expecting a reliable rental experience, and instead our daughter's birthday weekend became unnecessarily stressful and more expensive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Enterprise and will seriously reconsider using the company in the future.

  The car I wanted was unavailable due to a recall but Marianne was able to set us up with a suitable alternative. The SUV was great for our road trip!

  Excellent customer service from reserving to returning vehicles. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful! We rented a minivan which was very clean and comfortable. Enterprise is my new go to for rental car needs
