    The service, the welcome, and the dedication to Enterprise customers were impeccable. The team located directly inside Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables demonstrated great professionalism, efficiency, and provided excellent care throughout my entire experience. They even took the time to contact my insurance company so that the rental car could be covered. Best regards

    After getting reservation for a car rental: when I called to confirm pick-up: they had no cars & only 1 employee available. Maybe in 5 or 6 hours: they might have a car to rent. When I called: numerous times, always put on hold: till they hung up: sometimes after 20 minutes being on hold. When I did talk to them: they said, "too bad for you". That employee should be Terminated. Why offer rental cars: if you have none on site: or even a 2nd employee. Never renting from ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR!

    Worst customer service in the world. The old lady sucks at her job and is always lying to customers that the add ons are mandatory when they aren’t. Rented a car last week and now this week can’t rent it cause they don’t know how to use their own systems. Place should be shut down immediately!

    The employees are always courteous especially at the ponce de Leon location in Coral Gables, FL. And they give you great options for your rental. This mini van was sporty and nice. Definitely will rent again!!!
