And Still... One of the Nations top Toyota dealerships! One of one, Jarrett Elder Sr. ( Service department) Jarrett is the professionals professional. When you are standing in front of Jarrett, " It's All About You" Jarrett is in the business of people! The Hendrickson family , and it's people first -culture is alive and well, and in good hands. It is five stars, and then some! ( *Anything less than five stars, I am inclined to belive you are a hater) Stop by Toyota of Coconut Creek, ask for Jarrett Elder Sr. Coincidentally, if you require assistance with service for your vehicle, he can assist you with that as well. I contacted the company to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still available and set up an appointment with Ricky A. My mechanic and I inspected the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase. During negotiations, Ricky said he needed to speak with the finance manager, who came over and spoke only with my mechanic, ignoring me until my mechanic mentioned I was the purchaser. I told him I didn’t want or need the optional $3,000 package for the windshield, seats, and paint, but he became rude and insisted it couldn’t be removed, offering only to lower the price by $2,000. My mechanic pointed out that the optional plan was still included, but the finance manager claimed it was just “math” and had been removed. The situation became tense, and my mechanic told him he was being rude and hadn’t removed the full amount. We decided to walk out, and as we were leaving, Ricky apologized. Then the finance manager came out to say he could remove the entire amount but didn’t apologize or admit any wrongdoing. I told Ricky he couldn’t apologize for someone else’s bad behavior. While I enjoyed working with Ricky, the company has too many bad apples to see the good in others.

NEVER BUY ANY CARS IN THIS HELL AND I WILL TELL YOU WHY! Beginning February 2025, me, my wife and my mother in law we went to that place looking for a guy named Carlos Neves. We wanted a new car since my mom in law’s car was getting broken eventually, at once we were going to do business with him and it was going perfect! Later on the NUMBERS and the AGREEMENT section, the former manager, Elano, came to help us, because we were looking for something affordable and not big at all, a car that takes us to work. We were looking for a $400 monthly paying car, but, of course, like any other car dealer employee, he was making it hard going up to $600 on a 2025 Corolla! We fought really hard that he conceded a price of $400, but after the “90 days/3 months free” and later on the 3rd month we would pay the 3 monthly payments together, AND THEN, the 4th month would be $400. GUESS WHAT, HE SCAMMED US!!!! The deal was the 2 months completely “free of paying”, but later on MARCH, way less than 3 months or 90 days as our agreement was, the first bill came $620!!! We were confused, so we went to the dealer to talk to him, he seemed really nice talking about his personal life to us, but once again, he LIED, saying that we were only going to pay $620 for 2 months and then it would go to $400. Today, March 17, 2026 I am still paying $620 on my 2025 Corolla. A few months ago we were told that the guy who sold us our car for that price was FIRED! Today I went there, because a guy named Braulio called us to MAYBE change to a new one, we went already with very bad expectations, but giving them another chance. Getting there, Chris and Jocebed helped us, but again, another guy came to “HELP” us and guess what? He tried to scam us again doing the same BS Elano did! Go to any other toyota if you can, and one more advice, Elano and Carlos are Brazilians, that area is full of Brazilians… DO NOT TRUST ON THEM! And SPECIALLY AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA! HORRIBLE TEAM, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

One of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences here. Spent an entire week talking with a representative about pricing and different vehicles. Agreed on a specific out-the-door price, which was confirmed MULTIPLE times over the phone and even in text message with manager and rep. Based on that, left work early, made the trip in, expecting a straightforward purchase. Called and confirmed EVERY detail on the way and told them to draw up the paperwork so we aren’t there to long. As soon as arrived, we felt the scam begin. Was immediately told we must test drive the car and have an ID on file, and was taken to a different car and color. Told the rep this was not the correct vehicle, he talked to someone and took us to another one that was the correct outside color, still wrong model and wrong interior. Talked to someone again and was finally shown the car that we came in for. Then was told it was sold but they are confused on why it says sold. Was then told the keys are lost and then told for this car, they cannot do the agreed price. Erik, the manager, came out and said this car wasn’t agreed on, price can’t be done, and the person we communicated with all week is “third party” “costumer service” etc. I’m sorry but why do you have employees giving out car info and prices that you agree on and then don’t plan on honoring. Beware of dealerships especially this one. Just want to bring you in and convince you or trick you into purchasing a lower model/ different car than what was agreed on. A complete waste of time. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my experience at Toyota of Coconut Creek. The finance manager added multiple extra products to my financing without clearly explaining the real costs, monthly impact, or cancellation process. I later realized I was paying thousands of dollars for products I did not fully understand or want. Since then, I have called multiple times, sent emails, and tried to resolve the issue professionally, but the finance department does not respond and management completely ignores customers after the sale is completed. The manager never returns calls or emails. I feel like transparency and honesty were completely lacking during the signing process. Customers should be given a clear explanation of every product before being pressured into adding expensive extras to their loan. I expected much better from a Toyota dealership. Very poor communication and very disappointing customer service after the purchase. IVAN ZEA PARRA FINANCE RESPONSIBLE
