I would like to recognize Eddy Durandisse at Coconut Creek Toyota for providing exceptional service while helping me finance my new Toyota RAV4.
From the very beginning, Eddy was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood every step of the financing process. He took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and transparency, making what is often a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable.
His honesty, integrity, and cordial attitude truly stood out. I never felt pressured, and I always felt that he had my best interests in mind. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such outstanding customer service.
Thank you, Eddy, for all of your help and for making my car-buying experience such a positive one. Coconut Creek Toyota is fortunate to have someone like you on their team. You are a true asset to the dealership, and I sincerely appreciate everything you did for me. I’m a happy camper.

I used to have no problems coming here, but lately they have been terrible. Every time I come I get harassed by their sales team to buy or sell me a car. I have wait 2.5- 3 hours just to have my car evaluated when I go with appointments everytime. Keep in mind I only go for my oil changes and tire rotations for maintenance. Each time I go it’s something different with my car that needs something. My last visit I went for an oil change and did a tire rotation, in their inspection my tires were fine. The next day my tires feel weird and my car is shaking, I take it back for them to tell me it’s my tires, but they never said anything about my tires the last time and they charge me again to rotate them back. They have also set my car to be due for oil changes before they are actually due as well. I will no longer be coming here for my maintenance.
My wife and I went to Toyota of Coconut Creek, formely Al Hendrickson, currently owned by The Morgan Corporation. We met Jorge a sales man, and he handed us off to Brandon. What a horrible experience. My wife wanted a Corolla Cross, we test drove an XLE Corolla Cross. We discussed several trim levels and my wife like the Red XLE Cross. She test drove it. We decided it was the car for her after test driving it. Paul the Used Car Manager, joined us to discuss the numbers. After, 3.5 hours. We worked the numbers and I am a good negotiator so I got a price that we can afford. It was within our means. Both parties agreed verbally, we shook hands on it like men, and Paul said sign the commitment. We are waiting for finance, and Paul walks in saying, “we negotiated the wrong vehicle”, and the vehicle was 5k more. However, for me he would give it to me for $1000 less. After sitting with him for 3.5 hours and knowing I was a hard negotiator, he packed on the fees again with the new deal he presented. He raised the price of the Electronic filing fee. I have been in the business for 10 yrs selling cars. The Electronic Filing fee is b/w $150-$200 not $500- $900. They had something called PPP $2449 which is all profit. I never asked them to put that on the vehicle. I explained to Paul we shook on it, verbally agreed, and you had me sign a commitment. You made the mistake and you should honor the price which we shook on. My wife loved the vehicle, she had her hopes up high and was excited to get the vehicle she wanted. Paul said, coldly, NO! We cannot honor the price we agreed on.My wife said, “this is ridiculous after 3.5 hours you come back saying we cannot get the vehicle we want”. “You should honor the price we agree on”. My wife stormed out. Now I had to deal with her being so upset and frustrated. On the way home, she cried. Morgan Corp d/b/a Toyota of Coconut Creek, formely Al Hendrickson. You are garbage!! Your salesman and none of the hot shot Managers caught the mistake. I had to deal with my wife crying. You then called us 3 days straight offering the same price Paul offered us(which was no deal at all, but profit for you)…Shame on Morgan Corporation for running a scam of a business, and not taking accountability for agreeing on a price and then NOT making it right. Don’t come to this place, ridiculous fees and shady management.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I scheduled an oil change after seeing an advertised price of $35.55 on the dealership’s website. The website allowed me to enter my Honda and showed the same out-the-door price. At no point did it clearly state that the offer was only valid for Toyota or Lexus vehicles.
When I arrived, I was told the price would be much higher because the promotion was only for Toyota/Lexus models. If that’s the case, the website should clearly say so instead of allowing customers with other vehicles to schedule the service at that price.
What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated by Christopher Leporte. When I politely pointed out that the website didn’t mention this restriction, he was dismissive, turned around, and left me talking by myself. That is not the level of customer service I expected.
Because of the misleading information and the poor customer service, I decided not to have my car serviced there. I hope the dealership improves both the accuracy of its website and the professionalism of its staff.

Clara Perez helped me. She was very nice and helped through the whole thing. I went in for a used car i saw. I knew what my payment had to be and what I had for down payment. Clara asked if she could get my payment into new car would I be interested. Of course, knowing no way. Then the negotiations started. Have to admit I was getting frustrated because everything was higher than what I told them. Besides being there for hours. First spoke to Paul. Could not afford what he had down. Then another gentleman, I think Ed but can't remember. Same thing. More than I could afford. Just was going do the used car. Then he came back stated he respected me and ended up with new car with my payment. Took close to five hours, sitting around mostly waiting on things. Everyone was friendly. I had seen bad reviews. Saying one thing and told something different, so was standing my ground on what I could afford. Im glad I did. Thank you all so very much. Love my car.
PS- reason for 4stars. I always feel room for improvement on everything.
