If I could give 0 stars I would from our experience at this dealership. We traveled 4 and a half hours to purchase a slightly used 2025 lexus Rx350h our appointment was at 9am,Synthia our salesperson was 15 minutes late to work that morning which was a poor way to start off imo, then she brings the vehicle up for us to check over and test drive, she told us where to drive so I did, then after about a mile or 2 she wants me to head back to the dealership and I said I am going to dive the car more then this to get it up to operating temp etc. Then we get back to her cubicle and she gets all of the paperwork for us ready and I requested to have the car washed and filled up with fuel for our long trip back home,I think that is a very reasonable request, she says okay. We get done signing all of the paperwork, and she was waiting for us. We go out to the vehicle and she says okay goodbye. I couldn't believe it,she never showed us the vehicle's tech ect, like helping us pair our phones plugging in our home address on the GPS. Oh and the car never got filled with gas, just a quick run through the Automatic car wash and quickly towed off. So I went in and found a manager and voiced my concerns and he immediately paired our phones, put our address into the GPS and had the car fueled up for us, he was Fantastic and knows how to treat a customer well. Synthia needs to be retrained or Terminated. Save yourselves a headache and Do Not have Synthia as a salesperson as she has no clue how to treat a paying customer.

Very disappointing experience at Toyota of Coconut Creek. I had a scheduled appointment today for an oil change. When I arrived, the service advisor I was scheduled with barely acknowledged me, did not even take the time to properly speak with me, and simply passed me off to another service advisor. The other advisor then informed me that they could not perform the oil change because they did not have the correct filter for my truck. I was told they would need to order the filter and that I would have to come back another day. What makes this situation especially frustrating is the complete lack of communication. If I had a scheduled appointment and the dealership did not have the necessary filter to perform the service, why wasn’t I contacted beforehand? A simple phone call or text message would have saved me the time and inconvenience of driving all the way there for nothing. When I questioned the situation, I was basically told that since my appointment was not with the advisor who was helping me, there was nothing he could do and that I could simply come back another day. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for a customer’s time. I expected much better customer service, especially when I had taken the time to schedule an appointment in advance. Very disappointing experience.

Bait and switch!!!! On August 21, 2026, I called Toyota of Coconut Creek to make sure that an advertised Corolla was still available. They confirmed that the car was available and on the premises. The price seemed a little too good to be true but I thought it was worth checking out. As soon as I got there they started asking me if there were other cars I’d be willing to look at. That’s when I knew they were being dishonest. They said the corolla I came for was being “reconditioned” and inspected. They never mentioned any of that over the phone. And again- THEY LISTED THE CAR FOR SALE! I wouldn’t let it go. I wanted to see the Corolla. By this point it was obvious they were lying about something, but I wanted to see how bad the corolla was OR if it existed at all. They said they were bringing the car from inspection directly to me. So I waited one more time for about 30 minutes. THE COROLLA NEVER MATERIALIZED!!! They lied about everything! One star is too high a rating for this place. Google reviews are too easy to fake. Their customer reviews on Yelp are much more accurate.

I was at that dealership for an oil change and tire rotation for 3 1/2 hours. I would’ve been there longer if I had not said something and demanded my car back. I got to the dealership at 12:02 PM and stood in line Behind three people. I believe only one of those three people had an appointment. I had an appointment at 12:15 PM. The two people in front of me were helped before me. All of the people next to the man checking me in were doing absolutely nothing. No one offered to help me. I was not helped for check-in until 12:30 PM. I had an accidental check in with the man who checked in my car at 2:30 PM as he came inside the waiting area. I asked if it was finally my turn to be done and he said that he would go find out. He never came back. When I got the video from the mechanic of his recommendations, I was even more frustrated because he was recommending me change filters, wipers, etc. I’m not a dumb person. I have leased Five RAV4’s over a span of 15 years and I know the type of expected maintenance and upkeep of these vehicles. I am super upset of the attempt of up charge for a vehicle that’s not even a year old. By the time it was 330, I went outside demanding my car back because the amount of time that I waited was absolutely ridiculous. I tried to give this dealership another chance after they were bought out by a corporation. I will no longer be going here for my service in going elsewhere, such as Lipton Toyota.

I had the absolute worst car dealership experience I’ve ever experienced at Toyota of Coconut Creek. I found a car that I liked and was very seriously considering buying. My sales advisor Arthur Chrinian did a good job of covering the features of the car features etc. We did a test drive and I noticed the car was pulling hard right, the alignment was obviously off. He mentioned they would take care of that prior to me taking possession. That’s where the good service ended. We went back to the dealership after the test drive and Arthur had Danny Rodriquez (sales manager) come over to talk with me and try to close the deal. This guy was the most unprofessional sales person I have ever met in my entire life (and I’ve been in sales for 27 years). Button-down shirt, unbuttoned midway, displaying his upper stomach to neck, gold chains around the neck like he was straight out of New York City. I have no problem with that, but I do have a problem with his horrible attitude towards me. I wanted to get a picture of the deal they were trying to sell me on. I like to understand all charges as this isn’t my first rodeo. He slams his hand down on the paper and said you’re not going to shop us with any other other dealership. I was taken back and at that point my better judgement said get up and leave. Which I did. He lost a sale and in my opinion, he should be fired. How this guy has a job at this dealership is beyond me. The most unprofessional disrespectful human that I’ve ever faced in my life. I took my business to Southern 441 Toyota, found a car that I liked, received excellent service and negotiated to my liking and closed the deal there. Shop elsewhere people, you have been warned.
