  I wish I could give him a six-star rating because they deserve it we broke down on 95 and had our car towed to Tire Choice Auto Service because it was recommended we all thought it was the fuel pump and I was looking at a big cost for repair their technicians found out it was a loose connector on the intake manifold and reset it. They could have charged me for a new fuel pump and I would have never known the difference excellent service but the staff there are phenomenal I highly recommend them for reoccurring service or if you break down go there cuz they're the best. Honest reliable workers and great staff

  I came in just to get an alignment done - the wait was very long , during the wait the guy at the front desk came and showed me a picture of a nail in my tire which was suspicious to me - I agreeed to pay an additional $50 to get it fixed , while I continued to wait he came in and told another lady the same story. This place seems kind sketchy to me .

  Toyota Sienna 60000 miles, 2017 . I bought new tires and had a wheel alignment done. A few days later, I noticed that the new tires were wearing unevenly. I had to struggle to convince them that the work had been performed incorrectly—or that the alignment hadn't been done at all. After much effort, they finally admitted their fault and replaced the two front tires for me, though I still ended up having to pay for the labor. That was several months ago. Today, I needed another alignment. They told me they couldn't do it because I needed to replace (and they provided a whole list of) various suspension components. The total estimated cost came to $2,700. They claimed that without replacing these parts, doing an alignment would be pointless! But—since I no longer trusted them—I went to a different shop and had a full suspension diagnostic performed; everything checked out fine! Nothing needed replacing! So, I went to a third shop. They double-checked everything and performed the alignment. The total cost? $100.

  A sham. For your own safety, do not go here. I called ahead, explained exactly what I needed (a simple tire plug), and they booked me. I showed up 30 minutes later. Renaldo at the front desk took my key, looked at the tire, and immediately told me it couldn’t be plugged and that I needed two new tires. His reasons: “Dry rotted” “Too old” (claimed 2017) “Screw too close to the edge” (it wasn’t) I called my husband — who works in NASCAR — and looped him in. Renaldo doubled down, then added they don’t even have plugs or patch kits at all. So why book me for a tire repair in the first place? I left and went to a trusted local shop the next morning. They patched the tire in 15 minutes. No issues. The tires were not in fact from 2017, and the screw location was absolutely NOT too close to the edge. And we certainly didn't need 2 new tires. This felt misleading at best, predatory at worst. Posting this so others don’t get pushed into unnecessary replacements.

  While I'm not usually a fan of larger company shops like these, this one has provided excellent service the few times I've had to go for various reasons. They're always very helpful and knowledgeable. I specifically had a problem with my wife's rear passenger tire. It deflated quickly due to a strange puncture. While I can change the tire to a spare, the wheel lock was giving me trouble and I needed their help to evaluate. Needed a new tire due to wearing concerns and they put on the spare and let me come back the next day to get the new tire on. Everything was done quickly. Just charged for the tired. They aren't trying to get money from you and have given me choices within safe reasoning. I would recommend anyone in Coconut Creek to go here.
