    I don’t typically leave bad reviews! In this circumstance, I felt it was necessary. I recently had four tires put on my daughter’s car and in the process a Firestone technician broke “one” of the tire pressure sensors. They said that they had replaced it and to drive the car and the tire pressure monitor will reset and we will not get a warning message. We drove the car for three days and the message that the tire pressure sensors were not functioning was still showing up. I brought it back to Firestone. They said it needs to be reprogrammed by the dealership. Upon bringing it to the dealership, they told me that there was were *three* sensors broken, not one and then it was going to cost the significant amount of money. I spoke to the manager, Ryan Hubbard, who said he would be willing to pay for the cost of one, but not the remainder of the sensors. He then said if I want to be reimbursed more than that, I would need to go through corporate for them to open a case and I did. Of course, I didn’t hear anything back for multiple days and have reached out to them many times before getting a denial for payment. Because she could not drive around without the tire pressure sensor working we decided to have it fixed at Hyundai. This cost us over ****$800.00*****. I then returned to Firestone to see if the manager ,Ryan Hubbard, with an invoice from Hyundai for over $800. Per his instruction, he would cover the cost of one, But after I spoke with him, he now says that he would not be covering anything as the claim was denied by corporate. He mentioned that he could not do anything to help me since they denied the case. This is to inform the public that if you have your tires changed at Firestone be prepared that you might have to pay hundreds if not over $1000 for damages that they caused. And I have given them a lot of business over the years, but of course I can’t do that anymore.

    Ronaldo was incredible! He took his time to look at a simple fix for me and helped me to get a quote for two new tires. He’s an amazing employee and a great asset to you!

    General manager Renaldo is a disrespectful, unprofessional, and dishonest! I had a complaint a long time ago when I was there for 5 hours for an oil change and never was completed so I left a complaint and was promised to be taken care of next time. Long story short Ronaldo kept delaying and playing games by having selective amnesia. I was using restore and protect and it was the same exact price and all of a sudden he decided that I would need to be charged for it. He hung up the phone on me back on April 16th and he also provided a fake name. He also said that he was looking to be promoted to the district manager. He can be a nice guy on his terms but is very shady. On April 16th I made a complaint and no one got back to me. I made a few more of a customer service I have the case number the district manager has refused to call me. The district manager is of a low class as well as he is not interested in doing his job. Two of the three conversations were fully recorded both video and audio and the service rep was advised of that. Both of the district manager and the general manager need to be terminated. This is just the beginning. A lot of you guys are on LinkedIn from headquarters. I will be making sure that my complaints and everything will be on your social media pages. He refused to do what is right and I do not have the time to continue to make complaints and be dismissed. Case # tires choice 544210. Stay away from Tires Choice it is a bad choice!     I was told to come at my appointment at 10:00 the day before and maybe have somebody right on my car and I sat in that uncomfortable chair of lobby waiting room until 11:30 wait a minute I'm sorry till 12:30 for them to start on my car and finally finished at 1:30 and I pre-ordered the tires I was having all four put on and I'm very disappointed you had one of your employees that I tried to talk to a real tall gentleman who was very rude and ignored me completely looked at me after I asked him a question and turned around and just went and doing what he was doing without saying a word to me in fact I felt like I went to him and I said you don't like talking to people he goes no I don't and this was one of the mechanics out there that was next to my van where I had it you're short on help you you guys unbelievable of the lobby is is terrible where we have to sit nothing comfortable these little skinny metal chairs and on top of that I had to sit there sit there three and a half hours, that's unheard of!!!
