Volvo cars, Kia customer service. Yogi Gunther is terrible and he treats customers like crap. I bought an XC60 in March from a rep who was on his first week and the experience was horrible so Yogi took over the deal. Now im looking to get in a new vehicle and get my wife an XC90. He doesnt pick up the phone or reply to email. He replied in August to my i initial email. Ive replied to that email 3 times and he doesnt have the courtesy to respond. So many dealerships in South FL. Go to any dealership but Gunther if you want to be happy. Yes its a family business. Yes Yogi is in the family. However it seems like he was born into it. He only cares about beating his cousin who runs the Delray Volvo. Go to West Palm, Weston, North Miami or the 2 others in Miami.

I had a very positive and painless experience purchasing my new car with Sam Yucel. He made the entire process smooth and easy, from trading in my vehicle to getting through financing, all in under three hours! I’m very happy with my new purchase and truly appreciate how seamless Sam made the experience. Highly recommend!

I recently completed my second Volvo lease with Ricky Jr. at Gunther Volvo Cars Coconut Creek, this time for a 2026 XC60 T8. Ricky understands what matters to his customers, sets clear expectations, and makes the leasing process as painless as possible. An unfortunate performance issue came up during the first month of my lease, but Noel and the service team took care of it and resolved the problem. Thank you to Ricky Jr., Noel, and everyone who helped make this a great experience. Gunther’s family culture comes through in the care they give their customers.

I had a terrific buying experience at Gunther, and can’t say enough about how great “Ricky Jr” Menendez was throughout the process and afterwards. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and fun to deal with.

I went in “just to look” one day and went back the next to buy which is partly a tribute to his sales abilities despite being no pressure at all. He made the process painless and enjoyable. His follow-up has been incredible and he seems sincerely anxious to make sure I’m happy. I’ve purchased a fair number of vehicles in my life including Hondas, Audis, and Mercedes, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience! Also want to give a shout out to Michael Louvaris, the finance manager I dealt with. He was also great to deal with and made that part of the process painless as well!

I had such a great experience with Alex at Volvo. He spent so much time with me, let me test drive different cars, and really listened to what I wanted while keeping me within my budget. There was never any pressure, and he was incredibly honest and patient throughout the entire process. He also handled my lease return and made what can normally be a really stressful decision feel incredibly easy. I left feeling so happy and confident that I made the right choice. I genuinely wouldn’t want to buy or lease another car from anyone else. Alex will definitely be my go-to from now on. Highly recommend him!
