  I am extremely disappointed with the way my experience with this dealership was handled. I had been working with Pierre on the purchase of a Certified Volvo XC90. We discussed and negotiated the vehicle, the trade-in value of my current car, and the final numbers. I was also asked to complete a credit application as a way to hold the vehicle while we worked through the process. I made it very clear that I was serious about purchasing the vehicle. I went through the process of arranging financing with my bank, provided the information they requested, and worked to resolve the documentation needed for the loan. We had reached the point where the bank had everything they needed and the check had already been issued. Then, after all of that time and effort, I was informed that the XC90 had been sold to another customer. The explanation I received was that the manager realized the vehicle had been “on hold for almost two weeks” and decided that he could sell it or auction it to the highest bidder. I strongly disagree with the way that situation was characterized, as we had been actively communicating and working toward completing the transaction. I understand that Pierre says the final decision was made by his manager, and I appreciate that he apologized to my wife and me. However, from a customer’s perspective, the overall handling of the transaction was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. If a dealership allows a customer to negotiate a deal, arrange financing, complete the requested documentation, and get to the point where a bank check has already been issued, I believe there should be clear communication and transparency before selling that same vehicle to someone else. This experience caused me to lose confidence in the commitments made during the sales process. I invested considerable time arranging everything necessary to complete this purchase in good faith, only to find out at the very end that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the way this transaction was handled.

  Ricky Menendez was the game changer. From the test drive to the final details, he was attentive, knowledgeable, patient and, most importantly, honest. He treated us with respect and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. In the end, you can’t make a truly good deal with the wrong person. Integrity matters more than anything, and Ricky has it. He is someone I would choose to work with again as long as I have that choice. Gunther is fortunate to have him. Thank you, Ricky, for taking such good care of us.

  I come from a sales background and I never look forward to the process of buying a car, but Ricky completely changed that experience for me. I knew exactly what I wanted and had already been working with another dealership. I gave Ricky my number, he beat it, and then exceeded every expectation from that point forward. His communication and transparency were on point the entire time. We spoke at 4 PM, and by 8 PM the car was in my driveway — delivered, cleaned, and gassed up. That level of service is rare, and it shows how much pride he takes in doing things the right way. I will always bring my business to Ricky and the team at Coconut Creek. Five stars, without hesitation.

  I’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say Oscar Roque delivered the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Who delivers a brand new Volvo XC90 to your driveway, 30 minutes away, has all the paperwork ready to go, makes the entire process seamless, and then takes an Uber back to the dealership? Oscar does. From start to finish, everything was effortless. There was no dealership marathon, no waiting around for hours, and no pressure. Oscar handled every detail, communicated throughout the process, and made buying a vehicle easier than ordering takeout. His customer service is on another level. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to create an experience that’s convenient, professional, and memorable. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in what they do. I absolutely love my Volvo XC90, but what impressed me just as much was the service Oscar provided. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, don’t waste your time with anyone else. Ask for Oscar Roque. He’s the definition of five star service and sets the standard for what every salesperson should strive to be. If Google let me leave 10 stars, I would.
