  After a tire change I was losing air in one tire. I had a cracked rim which was missed in the inspection, however, the dealership handled this perfectly. They immediately took the car back to repair it. I am sure the tech did an excellent job and just missed the crack on the inside of the rim which was dirty. While I was driving the car around it otherwise looked and felt great!

  The service team at BMW Coconut Creek is simply amazing. Putting the customer first is truly an understatement for them. I've had to bring my Z4 in several times for service, and each time they treated me with respect, ensured they fully understood the problem and worked it through resolution. Clarence, my service advisor is above all in my experience and the technician who worked on my car has my vote and confidence. Keep of the great work team, and thank you for all you do.

  I can’t say enough great things about this BMW dealership. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Their team consistently makes sure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. What really sets them apart is their communication. They keep me updated every step of the way and even send videos and pictures of my car while it’s being serviced, which gives me so much peace of mind and trust in their work. A special thank you to my service advisor, Anderson, who truly went above and beyond when I needed it most. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed and makes all the difference. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and truly makes me feel valued as a customer. Owning a car you love is wonderful, but being treated fairly and with respect long after the purchase is what really matters—and this dealership delivers on that every time. Highly recommend!
