This was my first time visiting your dealership, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making the service recall process, and car-buying process easy and enjoyable.
The staff took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. From servicing my old vehicle to purchasing my new vehicle was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment with Andrii Kryvonos and was received immediately. Service was quick and the prices quoted were fair, about as close to an independent shop as can be but with OEM parts, so it's an easy decision to keep coming back.

Impossible to get to talk to a service advisor. There is boca raton personal communication. Apparently everything is AI and no once reads the communications.

I’ve been watching the new owner (Morgan Auto Group) run this place into the ground for the past few years now. Today was the icing on the cake though.
I made an appointment with my service advisor nearly a week in advance for some routine maintenance. My appointment was for 7:30am, my advisor showed up at 7:50am, and I sat there until 8:30am waiting for my loaner. Finally, after all of that waiting time, they called me up for my loaner.
When we get to the loaner, I’m shocked. It’s a bare bones most basic model 228i. I brought my G80 M3 Comp and was given a 228i. I asked the girl if I can have the X3 loaner that was parked right next to it, but she said it was reserved. Really? I reserved a loaner also. Why was the person that reserved the X3 afforded an option, and I wasn’t?
I’ve used this dealership since 2004 with many different BMWs over the years, and whenever I was given a loaner, it was comparable to my vehicle. This way, you can see what’s new, and potentially purchase/upgrade from your current model.
It’s very apparent that this company simply doesn’t care about the customer experience, and because of this, I’m moving on.
