  The repair service was exceptional. Geo Ramirez, my consultant, went above and beyond to assist me after the car accident and the damage to my vehicle. I was understandably frustrated, but both Geo and the manager, Derek, ensured that I was taken care of. They arranged for me to get into a rental vehicle without any hassle, and they made sure that my car was meticulously repaired. When I finally received my car, it was in such pristine condition that it looked like it had been brand new again. I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at the repair shop for their exceptional service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate everything you all do.

  Richard Simms is terrific. He walked us through the entire process. He kept us updated on the progress of the repair of our BMW IX60, including when to expect the delivery of our front end decorative light. Richard answered all of our numerous questions.   Service was amazing and very professional! Starting with Richard getting started was an easy process and seamless. Set up up was quickly and he assisted me with alll the paperwork-had enterprise picking me up for a rental within minutes! Thank you!!! 10+ performance Though process also Brandon and Derrick were involved in my service. Working Richard to get my car fixed and along the way always communicating the progress. Great teamwork!!!

  Drop off my vehicle with Geo and he explained everything since I was going through someone's insurance company. He's polite and made everything very easy and as promised my car was ready when he said. I highly recommend him.
