I recently purchased a vehicle from BMW Coconut Creek. My salesperson, Michael Loiselle, was fantastic! No games, very friendly and informative, but not overly talkative and salesy, and he helped me to get my deal done quickly. I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new BMW.
Otherwise, I actually had a great car-buying experience. I knew what I wanted, and it was 2 1/2 hours from test-drive until I drove my new car off the lot.

I have never in my life had a more horrible car buying experience. I feel like, while they were trying to get the deal closed, the communication was decent. Once the deal was done, absolute crickets. My salesperson, Roberto told me that he would send me a walk around video of the vehicle before it was picked up for transport and NOTHING. No video, zero communication that it was picked up, nothing. Once the car arrived, there was an active code for an SOS malfunction that prevented any communication out of the vehicle to personalize the MMI system. Had to immediately schedule an appointment with Audi to handle this. No one mentioned it, told me about it and at the very least it could have been resolved before the vehicle arrived. The vehicle still had active Audi warranty. No follow up or communication beyond that. Then I reached out a few days prior to the temporary tag expiring and that was another horrible experience in poor communication. Left messages and finally had to call up there and request to speak to a person and not be forced to leave another message, because my temp tag was expiring the very next day. Now the inability to reach anyone in finance regarding the out of state taxes is a new issue. At this point, I just want my dealings with this dealership to just be over. Finalize everything and never have to reach out to them again, because the customer service and communication is horrendous. I did not buy a cheap car, we are talking about a 2023 Audi RS5 Comp and I get it, they are a BMW dealership, but customer service should always be stellar at a luxury brand. I received better customer service from a Chevy dealership in Texas following the out of state purchase of another RS5 that I bought. Ridiculous!! Do better, you represent the BMW brand.

“I want to share my experience with Carson and our second BMW at BMW of Coconut Creek. He has taken care of us before, and we continue to come back to him no matter what other dealerships may offer, because he consistently goes above and beyond to take care of us the right way and the honest way. We truly trust him and appreciate the way he conducts business. We are always very pleased with his service and, over time, we’ve also come to value his friendship. He is someone we highly recommend without hesitation.”
I came into the dealership feeling completely undecided about whether to purchase a new vehicle or buy out my lease. Thankfully, my salesperson, Elison, was a true lifesaver. He guided me through the process with patience and clarity, helping me turn my stress into confidence and ultimately make the right decision.
Elison has a warm, approachable personality that makes you feel like you’re talking to a family member rather than a salesperson. He builds genuine rapport and really takes the time to understand his customers. In fact, I’d go as far as to say he feels more like a friend than a salesperson.
He communicated all the numbers clearly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Elison when you visit BMW of Coconut Creek—you’ll be in great hands.

BMW is quick to offer roadside assistance free tow for the $80k car they sold me. Good thing, it doesn’t come with a spare. This is the third time in less than year that I’ve had to use this service due to flats. The most recent is a slow leak, I can see the screw center thread.
Here is the catch that it took me way too long to figure out. The free tow is only to their dealership. And guess what, they refuse to plug a tire as it is not “safe”. The only option, pay $400 for a new one, regardless of current tread ware and condition.
This is the last no spare BMW that I will on!
By the way, my auto insurance covers towing at 100% and they’ll take it anywhere.
Hope someone learns from my mistakes.

And on top of that, when the car was in last week (Kristi Dowling’s) you failed to replace the lug nut lock key. I would appreciate a the return or a replacement.

Well, I’m not surprised, After writing to Silvia directly as she requested, I was ignored. No response, just trying to look like they’re concerned.
