  Service personnel were friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait. Was able to drive right up and stay in my vehicle. I love that I had a coupon. Staff explained the difference between regular and premium oil change. Even though the regular would have been half off the price with my coupon, I chose the premium and saved $20. I might have been able to get an oil change about the same price somewhere else but I liked that I was end and out and remained in my vehicle. I would recommend this business.

  I feel like they rip my daughter off I told her to get a mid grade oil change on a car all they told her they can't do that they had to put a high synthetic oil in the car and charged her over a hundred dollars I think it's pretty low you can put any grade oil you want in a vehicle of your choice So watch the young kids most companies will try to rip them off

  Really great experience! The two employees who helped me were both super friendly, quick, and helpful. They kept me updated on everything they were doing, showed me my filters, offered me a cold water when I pulled in, and explained when I should come back for a fluid top-off. I never felt rushed or like they were just trying to get me in and out. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Strickland Brothers to anyone looking for a quick and easy oil change!

  I came in today for an oil change and was initially greeted by Jeff. He told me he was unable to service my vehicle at that time, gave me a $15 card, and asked me to come back later. When I returned, I noticed him see me, get into his vehicle, and speed off after I rolled down my window to speak with him. Needless to say, my first impression was not a great one. Thankfully, Jordan completely turned the experience around. He greeted me with a cold water, was professional and friendly, and took the time to educate me on the best oil option for my vehicle. He was genuine, helpful, and made me feel like I was actually being taken care of. What started as a disappointing experience ended on a very positive note because of Jordan. Hats off to him for providing the kind of customer service that makes a difference!

  I wasn’t happy with my experience here. First, when it was time to pay, I used tap-to-pay and they had to physically take my phone into another office to complete the payment. I was very uncomfortable with someone walking away with my unlocked phone. If tap-to-pay can’t be done in front of the customer, they should either change the setup or not offer tap at all. Second, they forgot to put the sticker on my windshield showing when my next oil change is due, so I had to come back and get one. And last but not least, when the guy came back out to bring me the sticker, guess what? The printer was down, so he had to write the information on the sticker with a pen. Between all of this, the whole experience left me questioning the service I received. I can’t say for certain that my oil wasn’t changed, but I left feeling unsure enough that I wanted to double-check it afterward. When you pay for an oil change, you should leave confident that the service was completed properly not questioning everything that happened. I will never come back here again.
