- LKLauren KSep 2, 20261.0Dont go to one 9 gas station on kings hwy for subway DO NOT they are rude and they have attitude at their customers instead of apologizing for having 1 worker and taking 45 minutes to make ONE SUB that said was finished online I was late picking up my daughter from school and now im late coming back to work on my break and my food isnt going to get eaten its too late it wasnt even made correctly and they refused to refund me before the sub was made and after i am calling corporate on the manager and the subway worker so unless you want attitude dont confront them with issues that are THEIR FAULT if you only have ONE WORKER and thats why it took so long that's not MY fault thats subways but nope cant even call them with a single complaint without them being defensive and rude. Let's see how corporate decides to handle it ill call every single day until they do. They need to fire the manager and hire one that actually does her job is professional about it and doesnt hang the phone up after cussing out her customers for complaining about something that is the GAS STATIONS fault NOT mine I have proof I ordered my food 45 min. Prior but instead of an apology they want to get mad at a complaint get defensive and hang up then try to accuse you of harassing for calling back after being HUNG UP ON. Time to GET A NEW MANAGER and not one that smokes their vape pens in the bathrooms also here's proof I ordered at 155 and I didnt get my sub until after 230!!!!!!

- BABrayden ArringtonAug 16, 20261.0This is a terrible place to shop at I’ve been coming there for years works wanna ask me do I need help in a rude tone I will be calling corporate told me subway was closed for 30 mins I waited and waited and when I came back in was rude and said they were not serving me I will make sure I’m heard about this I will not be returning to flying j or one 9 you will get no more of my money and I’m gonna request new management comes in I’m the way i was treated
