  I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station today. One of the employees was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I spoke politely, but the employee responded with an aggressive attitude and made me feel disrespected as a customer. No customer should be treated this way. Good customer service starts with treating people with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during my visit. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously, looks into the incident, and provides proper customer service training to their staff so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience. I am sharing this review to describe my honest experience and to encourage better customer service in the future.

  Horrible truck stop. They have a predator tow company That is targeting all trucks drivers. My advice,Just park there, don't buy their fuel.Don't buy their food.Let them be a damn ghost town.

  Don’t park here. Two hour parking. They will wake you at 3:30 in the morning. The girl told me just come in and get a nightcap and I can stay. I bought items prior to going to sleep. I buy items when I wake I shower and I fuel. Pilot/Flyin J can get rid of my rewards cards. I’ve been a member for 16 years and can document thousands upon thousands of dollars I have spent there. I stayed with you guys during and after your lawsuits but now I am done. I will not spend another dime there. Don’t be in the travel business if you aren’t willing to accommodate travelers. I am a smaller commercial vehicle and don’t want to take up spots for the trucks. Done no longer a customer.

  Why the 1 star you might ask? The store was clean, the showers were clean, the staff seemed to be greeting customers. But the main reason why drivers stop at truck stops, specially if we pay for prime parking is to rest, sleep and relax after a long trip. Please explain to me why there were tow trucks roaming around the entire parking lot the entire night. They kept waking me up with all the noise and the crazy amount of lights. I’m already paying prime parking, have some common courtesy to not be disturbing the peace the entire night trying to tow away other drivers trucks. There is manny videos on social media about this Pilot having tow trucks and towing drivers trucks away. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many tow trucks roaming around the entire night at other Pilots, I’m everywhere from California to the east coasts. I’m very disappointed with this location.

  I stopped there on 6/10/26 and filled up my toyota rav 4 with ~$44 of gas. I look at my online charges the next morning and there is an additional $226 charged. I was hesitant to fill up since I couldn't tap and had to insert my card. They had security tape making me feel it was safe. I tried to call but no answer so I started a dispute on my card. BEWARE! Edit, the $226 is a hold. I have never had that happen at any Loves or other truck stop or here for that matter. I won't be coming back because that amount is overkill. Still one star because that is ridiculous. And it is now July 1st and the hold is still there. The $44 gas charge cleared on the 11th. Edit, finally off my pending charges on July 2nd. That is way too long to hold up my available credit. If I was on a long trip and stopped for gas numerous times, that would not be a good thing.
