  Absolutely horrendous, I have no idea what location these reviews are complimenting but it's not this one. I had a reservation for a premium car for over 1 month. When I arrive at my reservation time (12pm on a Friday), I'm told they don't have any car for me. They found my reservation, but informed me that no one had arranged for a car to be available. Not in any class, let alone premium class. They said they checked surrounding locations and nothing was available. They said they'd call me if someone brought something back. There was never a follow up call. It was almost exactly like the Seinfeld episode. The front desk employee helping me had been there for 5 months, he went in the back, spoke with the manager (whom never came out) and came back and said there's nothing they can do. Stay away from this location and reconsider Enterprise as a whole.

  Over the past four and a half decades, I’ve rented dozens of vehicles for business purposes & vacations. However, my recent (8/11/26) experience with Enterprise in Cocoa, Florida (King Street/Hwy 520) stands out as exceptional. Analee Gendek, my representative, was truly remarkable. She exuded a warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with a professional and customer-centric approach. Working with her was an absolute delight, and she made my entire experience enjoyable. She was so focused on my needs that it felt as though I might have been her only customer for the whole day. Her expertise in vehicle selection and her meticulous preparation of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. Analee’s exceptional service was a highlight of my day, and she undoubtedly represents a valuable asset to Enterprise. The rental worked out great and Enterprise made it very convenient by allowing me return my rental vehicle to the service center where my personal vehicle was getting repaired. Thank you ERAC!

  Have a reservation in cocoa arrive on time to no cars?? The car that is reserved already gone?? Makes no sense to reserve a vehicle do all that your asked to get there to have no car and not what you reserved. Need to do better!!

  I’ve definitely never given a rental company 5 star before. But, Anna was an absolute gem. My husband had to switch cars due to insurance purposes to get reimbursed. I had a small customer service issue, that I really just wanted documented in our file to avoid any charges. Usually, when you call anybody with a customer service issue, even if you’re not upset it very quickly turns into an annoyed employee (customer service is hard and I get it most people are rough) but it usually doesn’t go as smoothly as hoped. Anna was so incredibly genuine and you could tell that she went out of her way to see if she could immediately take care of us. I came here to leave a positive review, assuming that it wouldn’t have a lot of reviews given it’s a rental car company in essentially a random city in Florida. But, nope, apparently the customer service is always this good because every review is all five stars. So, moral is if you need a rental, go with cocoa enterprise. All rentals are pricey, but good customer service is not something you get everywhere.
