  Camping world Cocoa was a good experience. We bought a used motorhome that sales team was very friendly and helpful in select the model we wanted. The Finance team went out of there way to make sure all our questions were answered and helped us get through all the paper work in basically 3 hours. When ever you make a purchase like this its the post sales that really matters. The service staff should have done a better job at inspecting this unit. Several post sales (like day after) came up. Headlights not work... a few other maintenance issues. I was able to address them all but was not happy about it. I contacted the team at Camping world and they covered all the expenses I spent to address these issues. Now this is as most used RV sold As IS.. But camping world addressed the issues. That to me was huge. So thank you to the team for helping us out. I will go there again and recommend it to anyone looking to buy a camper or motorhome.

  We are super happy with the staff at camping world. Kelly and Robert have been so helpful. We are new to the rv world and Robert has made this so easy and I wish we had done this before. We can’t wait to pick up our RV next week ;)

  After thirty minutes of them getting my copy of id card and all their information to decide, let us sit until they could find a sales manager to show us a trailer. After sitting there for 1015 minutes and nobody coming back. We decided that they were too busy for us.Then, we moved on and bought our trailer elsewhere. This being under the c e o the prophet, i'm surprised that he allows this lack of customer service. My time is more valuable, but apparently the salespeople there don't see my time is valuable.

  Bought brand new and at delivery it had a water leak. They did fix it and replaced a cabinet. It was also missing an awning upper motor cover. It has taken many calls and visits to get one. Almost 8 months for this simple part that was missing at delivery. Luckily I ran into Christine who helped me out after battling with everyone else. Of course the motor now has rust on it. I still need to pick up cover tomorrow. Hopefully it goes well. If you don’t take a loan out when buying new they will charge an extra $1000. Last visit left me waiting awhile for a cashier to show up. I feel like most employees there are burnt out and don’t want to be there. I’m not sure they will get much more business from me.

  What can I say...I had a great experience the moment I walked through the door. My sales associate, Noelle, put together an array of RV's for me to look at that catered to all my wants and needs. She was so kind and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed to know about getting an RV and helped me understand what my options were and which were the best ones to choose from.
