  I'm sitting in my car in the bay of this business as I'm writing this. The oil has been in my car for over 20 minutes, they checked the dipstick and showed me the oil level over 10 minutes ago, get my hood is still up and I'm still sitting here waiting. Overall now I've been sitting here for about 40 minutes in almost 100° heat. The technician Debs is awesome. She's very nice and efficient, but every other employee in the bay disappeared about 15 minutes ago. She's the only one out here working on three cars. The only reason they're getting the extra star is because of Debs.

  It was very quick and employees informed me of both of my air filters needing to be changed and explained what both of them were for.

  2005 Toyota Matrix, 220K miles - I love the customer service at this location. They're very personable and very helpful with questions. I arrived for a much needed oil change. I was concerned of possibly completing a transmition flush. The flush didn't seem to be needed. The records of previous visits were on file. It was very helpful to have a history on file. Jorge inspected various other items and assured me my engine was in excellent condition. We spoke for a few minutes about quality cars. Mine is 21 years old and it continues to run. Jorge assured me that my specific car is amazing quality overall and can potentially last forever with proper care. Realistically, that statement helped my concern if it was time to buy a new(er) car. I was maybe considering a RAV4, I'm really not sure. Jorge told me those type of engines are very high quality and last an extremely long time. In a way it helped settle my nerves because such a purchase is a major decision. Overall I felt very much taken care of not only as a customer but more importantly as a person. You could tell he cares about his visitors. I want to very much thank Jorge and his team for their amazing service. (Dixie, Derek; I apologize if I missed anyone) They work very hard, especially in this Florida heat. Send them a truck with unlimited slushies!! I'll be sure to visit again.

  Just go to Walmart they overcharge like crazy and don’t do much they check your fluids they don’t fill them at all they charge to install air filters and cabin filter Walmart does it free the price is included and they get real disrespectful when you decline to change it cause they overprice for everything I will never go to a valvoline again.
