The beautiful woman said her name was Batman and her sidekick was named Robin. Lol She DEFINITELY knew her stuff when it came to cars. She was VERY professional and was soooo down to earth. Not only was she professional but she also had a GREAT personality too! PLEASEEEE give her a raise and move her position up into a Supervisor ASAP! I truly enjoyed my experience there and will continue to spread the word to my family and friends to go there. Thank you for an EXCELLENT experience! Girl, stay you and I’ll be seeing u soon to get those things u said started and checked off the list. YOUR THE BEST GIRL!! I MEAN THAT! God Bless my luv❤️🙏🏼😇

Checked paperwork when I got home and it’s not the one I asked for. It’s not even a comparable replacement. Now I question if they actually used the right oil I requested. Paying $130.00 for an oil change and not getting what I asked for is horrible customer service. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE!!

- AVAngel VelezAug 16, 20265.0I got my oil changed because the girl was outside on hwy 27 with an advertisement sign saying come get your oil change and i remembered how long the wait was at Walmart for an oil change so I went into Valvoline and it was done in 10 minutes or less and they cleaned my cabin filter. a good customer service and fast service
- WCWILTON CORREIAAug 5, 20261.0I went to this location just for an oil change and ended up feeling completely ripped off; an employee told me my fuel injection system was compromised and immediately offered a product that—according to him—would solve the problem for $90.00. Believing it involved an actual service procedure, I glanced in the rearview mirror and saw the guy simply pouring in a fuel additive that costs $4.00 at any Walmart. I will never return to any location of this infamous company, which scams its customers. I’m going to look for a small claims lawyer and demand that this type of practice be more transparent and honest!
