Amamzing staff, very thorough. They didn’t push anything that I didn’t want. One of the best experiences I’ve had with an oil change. Also great prices

Great job guys, always thorough. They even let me know about a possible wiring issue with my tail lights. Did an oil change and engine flush. Reasonably priced and good service all around. Will come back.

I was looking for a good place to get my oil change. This was my first visit to a Valvoline. The guys were kind and the manager John is out there working alongside the guys. I think that is great. Also calling out what they checked as a double verification between two people. Like other reviews said they are kind and walk you through (well sit you through hahaha) Suggested other services but not in a pushy way which was greatly appreciated. Great job.

Absolute best Valvoline I’ve ever been to — and honestly, probably the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. These guys had me in and out so fast I almost thought I forgot to get the oil changed. 😂 Seriously, the service was incredibly quick, organized, and professional. The young man helping me was extremely informative, explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was being talked into something I didn’t need. The whole crew seemed like they actually cared about doing the job right. I don’t know if these guys work on commission, but somebody needs to give them one. Six stars out of five from me. I trusted the staff so much I almost asked if they changed tires too, because at that point I was ready to let them handle the whole vehicle. 😂 Fast service, knowledgeable staff, great attitude, and just an all-around excellent experience. I will 100% be returning to this Clermont location. Keep doing what you’re doing, gentlemen!

I stopped here today for an oil change and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Valvoline. The staff here are very rude and disrespectful. First of all, they lied to me about the time; they said it would take no more than 30 minutes—which is why I agreed, since I was short on time—but I ended up waiting over an hour. Despite the long wait, they serviced two other cars ahead of mine that had arrived after I did. When I complained, the employee got angry and started yelling at me through the passenger-side window, scaring my 11-year-old daughter who was sitting there; she suffers from epilepsy, and stress can trigger a seizure for her. I had to watch others who arrived after me get serviced first and also endure the employee's aggression. I think the only positive thing I can highlight is the employee William, who performed the oil change in record time and was very kind once he realized the whole situation.
