  Fast and reliable service. Used a mail in coupon but am delighted with the customer service and personal touch by Nathaniel & Jadon. I think I have found my new go to oil change in clermont.

  Decided to give Valvoline a try because I haven't been impressed with my last few oil changes at other places, and they advertise 15 minute oil changes (my last one took over an hour at a different place, with an appointment). Stopped by after the gym and it was great because I didn't need to get out of the car. Each bay (3) already had cars in them so they had me pull up behind one of them. Immediately the friendliest group of employees began asking questions/taking care of things for the car! (Name & numbet, What's my mileage, can they open the door to check my tire info, can I open the hood, etc.) It was like a well oiled machine!!!! Sorry for the pun :) What I really appreciated was that when a different bay was finished before the one I was behind, they had me and the car that came after me switch spots since I had been there longer, so they kept us going in order of arrival! This was fantastic because I'm not gonna lie when I saw that car was done and the guy after me was at that bay I was like... ugh! But I only thought that to myself, and like magic they had us switch spots. Usually I wouldn't care but I was on a tight schedule due to an appointment and took a chance stopping by valvoline. Once I drove into the bay I was even more impressed! They got more info to add to my profile and showed/told me what they were doing along the way. They didn't pressure me when they gave suggestions, and truly were just a great group of employees! My oil change did not take long as the sign advertises! Sorry that I didn't get there names but I was there on Friday 7/3 around 8:30 am, and truly every employee was fantastic! They even showed me what my oil level looked like after the oil change. Outstanding service! Glad I tried them, I will be back.

  The new manager there was very kind and runs a tight ship! They worked well as a team to make sure my oil got changed and my lights got replaced today! I'm a regular customer here and really appreciate their efficient and wide range of speedy services. They took good care of me! Thank you for the excellent customer service! 😄

  It definitely is not a 15 minute oil change as it is stated in signage. Most cars were at least 20-25 minutes with some longer than that. I was 7 in line and should have left but needed the change.
