  This was a very good experience bringing my vehicle to have an oil change and tune up. The employees were very helpful, friendly, informative, and professional. I will be back again!

  Great experience here from the tech and the front desk. They didn’t just rush for the highest cost instead they try to repair my ford ranger truck and it was a huge improvement better than what they dealership offered save me a lot of money

  It was my first time at a Tuffy. Jose and Carly listened to my concern and provided feedback that helped me make my decision. They were professional and patient with me through the whole process. When I went to pick up my car Jose and other staff provided a full summary of what they did and even showed me photographs on the condition of the piece that needed to be replaced. They gained a customer.

  It was time to have my transmission filter and fluid changed on my Honda CR-V. I read some reviews about my local TUFFYS TIRE & AUTO SERVICE CENTER and found most of the reviews to be very positive. I went in to the Center and inquire about the service I needed. I walked in and was met by Julio, the guy behind the counter with a smile and a welcome. Julio was very happy to help, listened and took all the information he needed to get the right parts for my car. You’ll find Julio to have a very upbeat personality along with a very positive attitude. He was very attentive to my car, ordered all the right Honda Certified parts from Honda and had my car scheduled to be done the next day. There was no over selling other services that would benefit me, just some suggestions for the amount of mileage I have on the car. When I’m ready they’ll be willing to make the improvements. I found the price to be very reasonable, the work was done on time. Again, you’ll find that once you meet Julio he’ll make you feel like you’ve known him for a long time and not just a person working behind a counter who doesn’t really care who you are or what your needs are when it comes to your car. I’ll be going back to TUFFYS to do any other maintenance that I need in the future.
