  Repaired my car very quickly. Had it towed there by AAA after they were closed and called me early the next morning to tell me what the problem was and given an estimate Matt reached out a few times to give me updates of parts delivery and time frame to repair Really appreciate the help especially since we were here on vacation

  Just an oil change and installation of an after market anti sway bar. I checked everything afterwards. Oil was full and fresh. Anti sway bar was installed as designed. Car drives great. Ride has smoothed out and handling has improved. I observed a couple of interactions between the shop and other customers while I was waiting. In my opinion a shop could have suggested more costly and unnecessary repairs but in these cases they were cheap and easy.

  Very happy with Tuffy’s service. So grateful that they could see me at such a short notice. I was supposed to take it to Mavis but luckily they wouldn’t do the oil maintenance because they said I had missed the appointment and would have to wait til next week.

  Staff was friendly and informative even when they were very short staffed. They fit me in quickly when they had a number of other jobs left over from the night before because i was waiting in the lobby and not a drop-off. Lobby and restroom were very clean. Only point of concern was that i had asked for them to also look at my turn signal light because i thought i needed a replacement bulb (and this was noted on the work order to look at) and this issue was not resolved/looked at. Otherwise would come back to the Clermont location.

  An absolute complete waste of time. They told me they could not diagnose my brake problem, until I authorized a $200 break fluid exchange and a $1000 rear brake job(rear only). I'm not kidding. After that, it may still be the master brake cylinder for another $700. Again, they could not or would not diagnose my brake problem, and they sent me back out on the road in a car in dire need of brakes. Beware
