  So I had made Appointment at Mavis a week an advance when I arrived they turned me away because they had 1 lift for my truck and was not available because they couldn’t get another vehicle off lift. They didn’t even offer me to come back later they turned me away told to go to there sister shop tire kingdom down the road. Turns out they had no appointments and turned me away. All I needed was new sensors for my tire pressure on my truck and 1 tire to be looked at cause it was leaking air. I took of work for this. So before you make an appointment. You might want to reconsider. Not happy at all and wasted my time. You don’t make good business by turning people away. 0 stars in my book

  The glowing reviews are well deserved. My wife came in to get new tires installed and the team let her know she basically didn't have breaks. The team called her, explained everything to her, and when we stopped by they also took the time to show her and answer any questions she had and they were very transparent about the price. No pushing sales, no extra fluff, no surprise fees. We got the brakes and the tires done, and we'll keep coming back in the future for sure. This team is fantastic!

  Jacob and Anneka took great care of us and are awesome! We came into the shop with a punctured tire, and they immediately took our stress away and gave us a great experience. I couldn’t recommend this shop more and the great friendly team!

  The Mavis Tire Crew on Hwy 27 is phenomenal!! They really helped me understand the issue with my tire and was even able to catch a brake issue that needed attention! I appreciate them and their concern for my safety!! This is my new fav Mavis Tire Location! <3

  yo Jacob and the team took care of me. my whole steering wheel was off. thought i’d be coming in having to throw down a couple grand, they got my car back to new for HALF of what i was expecting. AND same day… i mean common I brought it in at 1pm and picked it up at 4:30 tell me another shop that does that. car drives great, great price, super chill (and knowledge) staff. honestly just take your car here, they’ll take care of you.
