  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Bryan and Jacob. Their customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. They took great care of my vehicle, handled the alignment perfectly, and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out was how upfront and honest they were throughout the entire process—no surprises, just clear communication and professionalism. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but Bryan and Jacob definitely earned mine. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about their customers!

  I brought my 1965 Oldsmobile in for work yesterday. It’s my first time at Mavis tire in Florida. I was a long-standing customer in New York State with them. They were absolutely fantastic from the girl that signed me in the technician it worked on my car and the manager of the location all treated me very well. I will definitely be back and I’ll also be getting my JEEP service there.

  10/10 amazing service!! They took me in for a popped tire and went out of their way to make sure I drove off safely with new brakes that were hanging on by a thread. Even right before they closed they went out to get the parts to make sure I can drive off safely. Will absolutely be coming back for any car troubles. Thank you all so much!!!

  Great customer service! The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was just as friendly when I arrived. They gave an accurate estimate of time to complete the work. I had an oil change and alignment. They kept me informed and called me to let me know that the alignment was needed. The location is convenient, being close to McDonald's and shopping. I was able to walk to these places while I waited. I used a couple coupons and it was a great price. I will definitely return.

  Will never go here again. Paid hundreds for a “performance alignment” on my truck. The first time I went there, the tech took about an hour then said the alignment was complete. I started to drive home and noticed instantly that the steering wheel was pointed to the passenger side when driving straight and from the print out they gave me I could see that they never touched the camber or caster. A few days later, I brought it back so they could “fix it”. This time the tech spent 3 hours trying to align the truck and at one point the service manager came to me with a print out saying this was the best they could do, the camber was at 5.6 on the Left and -1 on the right. I couldn’t believe my eyes and told the manager they need to fix it. After about an hour the techs came to me and asked if I knew how to set the caster and camber on my truck. This is the last thing I want a tech working on my vehicle to ask me. After I told them how to do their job, they worked on the truck for a few hours and finally said it was good to go. I took off and instantly the truck pulled hard to the right and the steering wheel was still off. At this point I had spend 4 hours in the store and 4 hours driving total. I gave up and took it to a real shop that aligned it perfectly without issue and also for half of the price. Now I’m out a ton of money in alignment and diesel at this point. They should clear house because their staff is useless. I will be going to corporate.
