  Bryan and Luis we're awesome and helped me out immensely with my vehicle when I came in to fix an issue with one of my tires. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see these guys with all their car care needs. I will definitely be coming back to get my car worked on the next time I need any work done to my vehicle, thanks again guys.I will be back!!

  I came in and spoke with Luis with a flat tire and I asked if they can put my spare on until I get paid and they was very helpful and polite to to assist with this matter and I’m so grateful for there help and time , I will most definitely be back for them to assist with a new tire.   I'm new to the Clermont area and found myself in a stressful situation with a flat tire and a second car that was making a strange shaking situation. We pulled into Mavis tires, and from the moment we arrived, Luis and Jacob were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything, and Luis being bilingual was excellent for my dad to communicate much easier. The service was quick, efficient, and professional. I truly couldn't be happier with the experience of the entire staff. Lobby and restrooms were so clean! I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Well the first thing I want to say is that Sherwin and Meena could not have been nicer and more helpful we came in at 8am an d they took us in we need brakes and shocks on our Ford escape they keep me up to date as the repairs were being. I will take my car there for any and all repairs. It great fo be able find some one you can trust I let all my family know how good they were. Thank you again

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. When you call, you’re directed to a call center that schedules your appointment, but when you actually arrive, you’re told there’s a three-hour wait. It also seems like the appointment time means very little unless you schedule it the day before. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. No one made any effort to help, accommodate me, or provide a reasonable solution. After making an appointment and showing up as instructed, I expected much better communication and service. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.
