  Mavis did a phenomenal job with my tire needs. Going to be coming back for any services. Robert was very professional and addressed all my concerns.

  I don't want to bring Mavis as a whole down. Honestly always liked this specific store. The previous service advisors/black shirts have always been straight forward and have fit my needs. Until today. Somethings changed for the worse at this Hammock ridge shop. I'm frustrated already because I need front tires in 12k Miles. As I am explaining my situation, Robert (black shirt manager)! Red Flag (1) stops to answer his personal cell phones phone, visibly hung over and distraught because he's on his feet. Red Flag (2) says we should replace suspension components every 60k miles. Red Flag (3) Quotes me "only tires I have $350+ each? Red Flag (4) show him Mavis' website of current store today price "I can't do that, you have to buy them online and pay us more to install" Can't or untrained to deescalate situations! Blame shifts, this is my store now, general bad attitude! This managers poor customer service lost a customer of 6+ years. Been going there since it was new, then Mavis got it and brought in this guy in.

  I’ve been twice and had an amazing experience both times! They’re so kind to work with and don’t take advantage of you and what you don’t know (I’m just a girl lol!) Chris was awesome! Thank you Mavis!
