  Came for 2 tires. Picked up my car with 4. Appointment was at 9am Took 6 1/2 hours. Came back the next day after making sure I didn’t make a mistake. The manager asked why I didn’t tell his workers that I only needed two while I was sitting outside the garage. The hour that I sat outside my car was never lifted or worked on. It’s not my responsibility to tell mavis workers how to do their job correctly as I don’t not work nor receive checks from mavis. First time bringing them business pretty ridiculous experience. Also the manager went on to say I needed all 4 anyway which is not wrong but very unprofessional as they made a mistake not me. Also asked for a time frame and didn’t receive a straight answer

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. The technician who worked on my car, Jexiel, did an excellent job. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and my car is running perfectly now.
