  Great experience at Mavis! I stopped in for a FREE tire rotation and Meena took great care of me from the start. She was professional, detailed, and gave me a clear idea of the service and how long the wait would be. No guessing games, which I definitely appreciate. The location was clean, comfortable, and had solid WiFi, so I was able to knock out some work while I waited. The TV was working, the temperature inside was just right, and considering it was storming like crazy outside, I was perfectly fine staying put 😂. The service was completed with no issues, Meena returned my key card, and I was on my way. Great customer service from the front desk all the way to the service bay. Smooth, professional, and efficient. Can’t ask for much more than that. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. There was a young lady behind the counter named meena who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was quick and painless. Without an appointment, they still had me in and out within about an hour

  Excellent service. Meena took care of me and my Jeep Renegade. In less than 20 mins they diagnosed the issue with my tires and recommended replacing one of them urgently. I decided to replace all 4 of them since the other 3 would end up in the same position soon. 1.5 hrs later my Jeep Renegade had all 4 tires installed and ready to go! 100% would recommend!!!

  Avoid this shop at all costs. I went in for a simple oil change, and two different technicians tried to tag-team me into buying new brakes, claiming mine were "really bad." I refused the service and took my car straight to the dealership for a second opinion. It turns out my brakes are completely fine and there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. This business is either completely incompetent or actively lying to scare customers into expensive, unneeded repairs.

  Meena was awesome. I've always had good experiences with the Wildwood, FL location and brought my gf car to this location in Clermont, FL with a bad shake and wobble to find out the rear tire had a split in it. We got both rear tires replaced at a huge deal with plenty of discounts on top of them covering for the mistake they made in the process. Once again another great Mavis Tire location. Highly recommend
