  Quick and efficient, got me in and out quickly to patch my tire. I didn’t even have an appointment, and were very courteous on getting my car in right away.

  Well let’s start here…I’m NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I pre-booked an appointment for July 3,2026 .. I chose the two tires on line and booked a time slot for 9am.. WOW to put it mildly I talked with manager Ty twice this morning about why car isn’t done yet. ONCE AGAIN KEEP IN MIND I was told by Ty, there FULLY STAFFED TODAY, and to replace two tires TOOK A WHOPPING 2-1/2 Hours TOTALLY Unacceptable… It is a good thing that there are several other national tire center around CLERMONT & GROVELAND TO CHOOSE FROM AS Well. This was my second time I’ve been burnt by the same location. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER, OH by the way one more thing, while I was so patiently waiting a gentleman by the name of Jacob, was there to put tires on his Tesla, when they gave him the car keys and customer was going to leave, Jacob came back into store and told them One out of the four tire is different..Wow how do you make such a mistake in a tire shop? This also happened July 3,2026 ….J. JARVIS

  They took great care of me. Come up and see Meena and Sherwin and they will take care of you. They checked all of our tires and made sure my Grandaughter and I were safe to drive our car.

  As soon as I arrived from my long trip. The alert tire light on dashboard was lighted all throughout the trip. Tires were brand new. I needed to check the tires and see what was going on. Meena greeted me right away with a smile, pleasant, and very professional. Helped me immediately it took probably 20 minutes. No waiting and Sherwin took care of the problem with the light and tires. It was all calibrated. After he finished he came and explained the issue and was solved. I do recommend this tire place.

  Brought my husband’s truck for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Made an appointment same day online no problem. Came in checked in, all was well. I waited over 2 hours which I found to be a little long but I could understand why. However, got back in the truck and the alignment was still off. I went back the next morning, informed them that the vehicle alignment was still off, which I told them I was a little disappointed because I was here for over 2 hours. The worker immediately said well you had other things done to the vehicle so it is going to take a little, and I was told your tires were heavy. I found this to be unprofessional, and I was already annoyed I had to come back especially since I paid to have my alignment done and it was not done right. I was not told a time frame, but after an hour of waiting, the employee stated that the mechanic was finishing up and will be pulling around. Over another hour later, I see my truck being pulled to the front. I just want it to be made aware that this experience was not enjoyable and I will most likely not be coming back which is a shame because the staff I spoke to on the first day was nice and the prices were great.
