I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for a business where I have been a regular customer for a long time, but unfortunately, my experience today with Feiarra Foster was extremely disappointing. I have been renting trucks from Enterprise for years. Before this location even opened, I used to drive to Orlando to rent from Enterprise, and since this branch opened, I have been a consistent customer here. I have rented trucks for days, full weeks, two weeks, and even for a month at a time. I have always had a great relationship with the employees who worked at this location and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Today, I called simply because I wanted to understand the charges on my current rental. I was not calling to complain or refuse payment. I just wanted clarification because the amount I was being quoted was considerably different from what I had normally paid for a full-week rental in the past. Unfortunately, Feiarra was very abrupt and unfriendly during the conversation. When I told her that because of the price difference I would return the truck tomorrow instead, she told me I still needed to make an additional payment immediately. I explained that Enterprise already had my $300 deposit and that I intended to return the truck the very next day and settle everything at that time. What really bothered me was her response. I was told that if I did not make the payment immediately, she would have to send a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle and report it. I found that completely unnecessary. I was communicating directly with Enterprise, I had every intention of paying what I owed, and I was specifically telling her that I would return the truck the following day. There was no reason, in my opinion, for a normal conversation about my rental charges to escalate so quickly into threats about towing and reporting the vehicle. I ultimately decided to return the truck immediately because I did not feel comfortable continuing the rental after being spoken to that way. I want to be fair: my previous experiences with Enterprise and with the other employees at this location have been very good. That is why this particular interaction stood out so much. I understand that prices change and that employees have company policies they must follow. My issue is not simply the price—it is the way I was treated. After being a loyal and consistent customer for years, I expected a professional conversation and a reasonable explanation, not to feel threatened over the phone when I was simply asking questions about my rental. I sincerely hope management addresses this situation because this is not the level of customer service I have experienced from Enterprise in the past. Elimelec Atencio Clermont - Florida

am writing this review on behalf of HOME IMPROVEMENT FL LLC regarding a very disappointing experience I had today with Feiarra Foster at Enterprise Truck Rental. Our company has been a regular customer of this location since it opened. Before this branch opened, I would travel to Orlando to rent trucks from Enterprise. Over the years, I have rented vehicles frequently—sometimes for a week, two weeks, and even for an entire month. Until today, I have always had a very good relationship with the employees at this location and have been treated professionally and respectfully. I rented a truck this past Friday. Today, I called simply to check the current charges and find out what my total would be if I kept the truck for a full week. Historically, my weekly rentals have been approximately $430–$450, so when I was quoted a significantly higher amount, I politely asked for clarification. Unfortunately, the way Feiarra Foster handled the conversation was extremely disappointing. Instead of calmly explaining the pricing or trying to assist a long-standing customer, her communication was abrupt and unnecessarily confrontational. When I explained that I would instead return the truck the following day and pay the remaining balance when I returned it, I was told that I had to make another payment immediately. I mentioned that Enterprise was already holding my $300 deposit and that I would be physically returning the vehicle the next day. I was then told that if I did not make the payment immediately, a tow truck would be sent to retrieve the vehicle and it would be reported. I found that response completely unnecessary and inappropriate considering the circumstances. I was not refusing to pay, avoiding Enterprise, or refusing to return the vehicle. I was a customer calling voluntarily to verify my charges and make arrangements to return the truck the very next day. Because of the way the situation was handled, I decided to stop what I was doing and return the truck immediately. What makes this especially disappointing is that this is not how I have been treated by Enterprise in the past. As a business owner who regularly needs rental trucks for projects, I understand that policies and pricing can change, and I have no problem with an employee explaining and enforcing company policy. My complaint is about how I was treated and how the situation was communicated. A loyal customer should be able to ask questions about pricing and payment without being spoken to disrespectfully or immediately threatened with having a vehicle towed. I hope management reviews this situation and the customer service provided by Feiarra Foster. I have had many positive experiences with Enterprise and with the previous employees at this location, which is exactly why today’s experience was so disappointing. HOME IMPROVEMENT FL LLC

Very disappointed in this company’s response to my damaged truck that occurred in the lot after leaving it there over night. I understand they are not liable but I asked the store representative to look at camera footage so we could try to establish what happened. His cooperate liaison denied his request to pull the footage, stating they do not pull footage for customer requests like this. So the company refused a simple request to help out their own customer. I don’t appreciate that at all. The store representative, Mo, has been great to work with. But as most of us experience lack of care on the cooperate side, the whole transaction becomes just that; nothing but a transaction with no follow-through of care when it’s needed. It was a very simple ask..
