  The staff members here are friendly, I didn't get the preferred size vehicle at first, came back less than 2 days to switch vehicles, I was passed around thru 3 people and they all knew I needed a smaller vehicle. The one lady who grabbed the keys and passed me to a gentleman did not check to see if it was covered thru my insurance, before signing off on their iPad, I asked if it was and he said yes. I did not get an email or statement about paying the difference, only seeing a $40 charge on my credit card account. Very misleading and disorganized, I would greatly appreciate being told before leaving the property with the rental.

  Sera and Jared are the BEST rental agents out there! They took such good care of me. Will be back for sure.

  Jarred and Sarah are HORRIBLE reps for the customer service industry! Jarred is constant changing his story after telling me one thing! I called the store about the situation. Sarah answers the phone and then transfers me to Jarred without even telling me. Jarred gets on the phone and basically calls me a liar. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no manager in store today and one would be there tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager on duty and he claimed there was no one there. I drove down to the and asked for a manager and Sarah said she was the manager. I asked why did Jarred say there wasn’t any manager there when I asked to speak to one? Long story short, they are BOTH rude and unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend coming here! Will be contacting corporate!

  Call the store and they answer and immediately put me on hold with saying anything, I’m then left on hold for more than 20 minutes. When they finally get on the phone they say they’re going to call back and I NEVER received a call back! I’ve been trying to contact Sarah for a week now! Bad customer service!

  This plave is ridiculous. As soon as I got her there kid who walks with hand out like he has a purse on it told me I needed a electric or water bill? What what? To rent a car, you have my license. This isn't the airport thats why I came here. Nowhere did it say I NEED a water or electric bill!! This palce is ridiculous. An since I had to pay for an Uber to get here and then you say this. Oh yeah im going to corporate.
