  Shane was amazing at helping figure out a difficult insurance issue. He went above and beyond taking care of us. We will be doing all of our rentals through enterprise and sharing this with our church, friends, family and anyone else who will listen. Thank you Shane for taking the extra time with us. You are deeply appreciated.

  The van we drove was practically new and so economically gas friendly. Was very dependable. Easy to rent and get in and out of the rental agency. Thank you!!

  I’ve rented from Enterprise locations multiple times over the years and have worked with Chaz on several occasions. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been professional, respectful, and helpful. He’s always been patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. Customer service today can be hit or miss, but Chaz has consistently provided a positive experience every time I’ve come in. He stays calm under pressure, communicates well, and treats customers with kindness and professionalism. Because of my experiences with him, it’s honestly surprising to read a review that paints him in such a negative light. From what I’ve personally seen, Chaz handles difficult situations with patience and maturity, and he deserves recognition for the great service he provides to customers on a regular basis. Honestly, it makes me think the customer may have been rude, impatient, or simply having a bad day, because that behavior does not reflect the Chaz I’ve dealt with at all.

  Been renting cars from Enterprise for many years! Not sure who hired Chaz yet his customer service skills are non existent. When I voiced my disappointment in how he forgot to make sure I was picked up early (he completely disregarded that I mentioned I would be happy to take an Uber if need be) Instead he called me rude as I stood there waiting for a car AN HOUR later than promised. How sad to experience this type of attitude towards a longtime customer that always enjoyed doing business with enterprise! Surely Enterprise is doing exceptionally well and doesn’t need the business … the customer is no longer valued
