I brought my AC unit in because it was not working correctly, and from the beginning I clearly explained that another technician had already inspected it and believed the issue was most likely the control board. I came to Camping World hoping for a professional diagnosis, faster service, and help getting the correct part. Instead, they wasted almost my entire day from 10 AM until 2 PM just to tell me something completely wrong: that I needed to replace the ENTIRE AC system. Thousands of dollars for a repair that was not even necessary. The crazy part? The real problem WAS the control board, exactly what I told them from the start. They charged me for a diagnostic that turned out to be inaccurate and misleading. This felt like a classic upsell tactic instead of honest RV AC repair service. Very unprofessional experience and a complete waste of time and money. If you are looking for: honest RV repair, trustworthy AC diagnostics, fair pricing, professional technicians, or reliable customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Based on my experience, this location seems more interested in selling expensive replacements than properly troubleshooting the actual issue. I left feeling frustrated, ignored, and honestly scammed. I expect a refund for the incorrect diagnostic.
