  These guys are amazing! I came in looking for a tool to fix a dent in my car because my door wouldn’t open. The store Manager (Jeet) came out and fixed it for me! Saved me from having to climb in the passenger side door to get in my car. Will always come back here!

  Had a bad battery that needed to be replaced and from the moment I walked in Jeet was AMAZING!!! Extremely professional, understanding and informative.   ​5/5 Stars – Nicholas at the SR-50 Clermont AutoZone is an Absolute Hero! ​I am writing this because exceptional customer service is rare these days, but what happened tonight went completely above and beyond. ​My wife and I were leaving my brother’s house in Minneola past 9:15 PM when I noticed her Toyota RAV4 had a driver-side headlight out. She works early—leaving at 5:00 AM to get to The Villages Hospital—and her commute takes her down pitch-black country roads. Driving with one headlight was not an option; it’s incredibly dangerous for her and other drivers, and we were terrified of her getting pulled over. ​We raced over to the AutoZone on State Road 50 in Clermont, arriving about 15 minutes before their 10:00 PM closing time. I bought the low beams and went out to the parking lot to fix it. If you’ve ever tried to squeeze extra-large hands and arms into a tight modern engine bay, you know the nightmare. After 15 minutes of scraping and burning my hands, the bulb just wouldn’t click into the socket. Frustrated and stressed, I stayed outside while my wife went back in to buy a different bulb. I was too upset to go in myself because I didn’t want to accidentally take my frustration out on the counter staff. ​Once I cooled down, I walked inside with the bulb to join her. That is when we met Nicholas. ​After happily processing the exchange, Nicholas listened to us explain the struggle I was having with the tight space. Without a second thought—and with only 10 minutes left before the store closed—Nicholas volunteered to step outside into the dark to help us. ​Within moments, he realized the issue: in the dark, I had been trying to force the low-beam bulb into the high-beam socket. He immediately swapped it to the correct side, using the original bulb I had brought back inside. Because both boxes were open and I was so incredibly grateful for his help, I gladly paid for both sets. In just a few minutes, Nicholas had both the high beams and low beams completely fixed on both sides. ​Nicholas didn’t just sell us a part; he gave us peace of mind. He ensured my wife would be safe on her dark morning commute. He was our savior tonight, and AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have a man of his character on their team. ​Thank you, Nicholas, from the bottom of our hearts!

  Went to auto zone to test the battery. It failed and had to replace it. Rosario really helped out telling us what we needed amd even put it in and took the dead battery. I was expecting to have to do all that myself at home. He even refused a tip. It was excellent service and we were in and out including the battery change.
