Was told I did not have nail in tire or leak until had to point it out to worker. Then waited over hr for a patch. When I was given the keys to leave I noticed my tire air fill did not have the cap placed back on so had to ask for cap. Then when I left my tire that should be filled to 35 psi was filled to 42 and tire is still leaking air

I had a horrible experience with this place, and people need to question everything. They are very controlling, and almost bullies and they target people they believe they can overcharge. First time I went, they pointed out about 7K estimate to repair a 2008 Convertible. Some of the issues were legitimate, but I got everything fixed for less than 1/2 of what they were charging. I went back to change my oil because they are close to where I live, & they do a tire rotation. My new tires w/ only 5K miles on them. I bought them somewhere else. They "showed me a photo" of a tire w/ a screw in it, said it was on my car. They wanted to charge $32 to fix it. I said no thanks. I drove to where I bought the tires, he pulled it out w/ his fingers, said it was not even "in my tire". This place gets your car on the lift and tries to soak every customer for things they do not need or are not wrong. They actually put that screw into the new tread to try to get me for extra money and worse, they left it in there and could have punctured a brand-new tire. The first time, did they put the screws into those tires too? I have no idea. But it's rare to run over screws unless you are a carpenter building a house, they are not common the on the street. The first time, they tried to scare me so much, that I was afraid to drive home. Then I called the place where I bought the car and they told me not to leave it there, and I did not. The girl at the desk was there both times and I heard her telling a couple of customers they need these massive expensive things done, and it might not be true. It's against 3 Florida laws to overcharge, tamper with, invent, endanger parts of a car, etc., you can google this, and the scam to make more money on an oil change is off the rails. I am so glad I left and am not going back. I just wanted to let people know. They are all criminals there, from the mechanics to the girl at the desk. Look at my photos both times, 2 screws????? Oddly on the receipt this time - 0 about the screw in the tire, last time they put it in. This tiny screw was smaller than the length of a penny, they just put in into the tire themselves. They should be turned into authorities for this. Inexcusable. They are so greedy, you have to wonder if they get a cut of whatever they get out of people for these fake charges? I have no idea, but people that just get paid a straight salary have 0 motive to make up fake damages on cars.
