  I just picked the wrong brand of car to drive. It was very late at night after many flight delay after delays and a dark parking lot to pick from .

  We had to exchange two vehicles to the airport. I cannot give higher praise than to all of the folks who work outside in the managers office. Also the polite man at the exit booth. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you.

  Got there and they said my rental had been canceled. I didn't cancel my rental. They went from my original rental of $169 for 3 days to $474 for 3 days. No Thank You! And I'm an Emerald Club Member. I will not be renting from them anymore.
