Yesterday I went to Mavis Tires to get my tire sensor fixed because sadly I went to a small tire place to get less expensive tires… mistake because they busted a tire sensor and would not own up to it or assist so there went my savings to get my tires replaced. Jason helped me out tremendously and gave me a fair price to replace it. In talking to we discussed the fact that with how it felt driving my car either I need an alignment or my tires needed balanced so today I went back in to get those things checked. They found my tires needed balanced which should have been done when I got the tires but I didn’t know to ask. My alignment was fine but they did recommend having something else taken care of and since I didn’t understand what it was or why I needed it they explained it so I could understand. I walked out paying less than what they quoted me. Today Phil and Jason were who I dealt with in the store and Stone was the one who worked on my car. My car drives so much better now I want to thank them immensely for helping me out.I will be going there again in the future. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like I do when I take my car into the dealership and walk out with a list of several hundred dollars worth of stuff they want to do to the car ( which I don’t do) however, now I will take the list to Mavis to see what really should be done, then they will be who I will get all future repairs done because they will give me a fair price! I also spoke with an Aaron over the phone before I took my car there to make sure there were no hidden fees and there went! Thank you all!

If I could give no stars I would. I usually don't post comments. But what I have experienced with Mavis' employees deserves posting. I wouldn't never recommend this place to anyone. On July 3rd when I showed up to my appointment. the price was different from what was quoted over the phone. The manager said whomever made my appointment wasn't familiar with Florida tax. Ok. Whatever. I'll pay. My friend and I waited for awhile. The manager came over and said my tires are not in stock. But he would give me an upgrade at no extra charge. I thanked him and said ok. We waited then he came back and said those tires were not in stock. Wow. Right? I had even called and spoke with this manager before coming in because it was pouring down raining and I'm disabled. He then said he would order the original tires and they would be in on Sunday. I asked what time should I come in. He stated he wasn't working on Sunday. But he'll be working Monday. Today I get there he didn't even know if the tires had arrived. When he verified. I asked about the price. He said don't worry. I told you I'll take care of you because of the inconvenience. Now the price had already changed two times. The final total was less than $18 from his second quote. And he left and did say word. I guess he felt this was sufficient. The tires look old!!. I took a picture of the tires and sent them to my nephew. My nephew noticed the tires are low. And they didn't even place the caps back on. Now I will need to take my car to have another shop in the morning to verify if those tires are new or old.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Called and asked when I could bring my car in for a tire rotation. Was told appointments aren’t needed just show up at 1. I even specifically asked if I could make an appointment, was told again no don’t worry about it “we’ll get you in”. So I show up, and the first thing that’s asked is, do you have an appointment? Well no, I even specifically asked about it and the guy on the phone said it’s not needed.
Then the guy behind the counter says well even if you have an appointment we can’t just pull a tech off a car it’s first come first serve basically. I don’t think this business comprehends what appointments are or why they are used in the service industry. Waste of time all around.

I was taken care of quickly when I went in. The gentleman that waited on me was named Phil and he was very kind and very professional. He told me what they were going to do and he would tell me how much it would be and get back to me and the waiting room was very nice and had a TV and comfortable chairs. I was very impressed with the service.

Aaron and Phil were an absolute pleasure! From the first inquiry call to picking up my car they were helpful, nice and communicative.
