  I had a terrible customer service experience this morning with a young lady at the Clearwater Beach location. Unfortunately, I was recently involved in an accident on I-4 when another driver changed lanes without looking and struck my vehicle. My insurance company, State Farm, arranged for a rental vehicle for me. When the representative called me around 8:00 AM, she simply told me, “I don’t have a car for you at the moment. I may or may not have one later this afternoon. You can call me back periodically to see if I have one.” I completely understand that vehicles may not always be immediately available. That is not the issue. What was disappointing was the complete lack of empathy, urgency, or effort to help find a solution. I’m already dealing with the inconvenience and stress of an accident that was not my fault. I would have expected someone in the customer service business to at least show some concern and make an effort to help, whether that meant checking another nearby location, offering to contact me when a vehicle became available, or simply taking some ownership of the situation. Instead, I was essentially told to keep calling them throughout the day to see if anything became available. That is extremely poor customer service and made an already frustrating situation even worse.

  We booked a convertible and when we got there, they tried to put the blame on us that they tried to reach out but there was no information on our account. Supposedly, Ford did a safety recall in June on some of their mustangs so Enterprise pulled all convertibles. However, neither of these issues were brought up last week when we called to move the reservation from 12pm to 10am. They also have almost no cars on their "lot" (generous term since it is basically a tiny parking area) so don't trust them to have a car actually there for you!!

  Absolutely do not rent from here - enterprise sent me here for a car swap do to bad brakes - the car was skidding with the brake pedal to the floor . They said they didn’t have a car to put me in , refused to let me get any other car in their system that wasn’t “economy “ then recommended me and my wife get in the car with bad brakes and drive to another location or go get it fixed at a mechanic and file for reimbursement. This branch cost me a full day of my vacation
