  There was not a car ready for me when I got there even though I had a reservation. The one I ended up with had a rip in the seat and smelled like cigarette smoke. The key fob battery was low when I got the car. The inside needed a good cleaning which I'm sure has never been done. Surface cleaning doesn't matter. If I was paying for it out of my own pocket, I would have ubered to Avis like the three guys that were waiting behind me did.

  Been using Enterprise for over 20 years. Always for personal travel. Never been surprised always satisfied. This trip was 2066 miles. My brother had'nt got out for the last several years due to medical conditions. I wanted to make sure we had a smooth trip. We saw friends and family. Thank you for providing this Rogue. It handled well on unfamiliar roads. Gas milage was unmached!

  Wish I could rate yall zero !! I was in icu after an accident. My insurance covered my rental and they still deducted money from my account without my authorization. I'll never rent with yall again!!

  Getting this location to answer the call the phone takes an act of god. 2 hours AFTER they were scheduled to pick me up they said I was outside of the range of pick up and would have to uber to them.
