    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and would not recommend this location. I reserved a premium 8-passenger vehicle through the Enterprise website for pickup on 5/6. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm my reservation and was informed that no matching vehicle was available. I was told to contact other locations or try the airport instead. After spending a significant amount of time calling multiple locations, I later received a call stating that a vehicle had become available. I explained that I was at work and would arrive around 6:00 PM, which was confirmed verbally and through text message. However, when I arrived shortly before 6:00 PM, I was abruptly told the location was closed and incorrectly informed that I had been instructed to arrive by 5:30 PM. I was then told to return the next morning. Because of this poor communication and lack of professionalism, my family and I experienced major travel delays and missed an important graduation event. Unfortunately, the problems continued after receiving the vehicle. While driving through Gainesville, the air conditioning failed, the engine began overheating while idling, and the vehicle rode very rough. When I contacted Enterprise for help, I was simply told to drive to another location despite the unsafe condition of the vehicle. I ended up visiting three different Enterprise locations before finally receiving a smaller SUV replacement at the Gainesville Airport location because no premium vehicle was available. The replacement vehicle was not suitable for my passengers or travel needs, but I had no other option. To make matters worse, I was later incorrectly charged a $61 fuel fee despite refueling the vehicle before returning it. I also contacted Enterprise Corporate regarding these issues and never received a callback, follow-up, or apology. As a formerly loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care throughout this entire experience.

    All of the staff were helpful and kind when I rented a car for a week. It was my first time renting a vehicle and they answered all my questions and made for an easy and quick transaction. Evey price is specified up-front and the car was in immaculate condition. It definitely exceeded my expectations!

    ERIC I had a reservation to pick up a luxury BMW and when I arrived at Enterprise I was told the vehicle wasn’t available. What makes this worse is that no one bothered to call, text, or notify me beforehand. I showed up expecting the car I reserved, only to find out the reservation apparently meant nothing. It’s incredibly unprofessional to confirm a reservation and then not have the vehicle ready or even give the customer a heads up that there’s an issue. People plan their time and transportation around these reservations, and the complete lack of communication wasted my time. This experience was extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on how this location handles reservations and customer service.
