  Brought my RDX in for oil change and routine maintenance before a driving trip. Was pleased to have this work done on my before l venture off for a 1000+ mile road trip. John Shaw always ensures my vehicle is inspected and all needed maintenance is done. John always explains what’s needed in a way that I understand and l trust his advice. He is always professional while being patient and pleasant. I always leave the dealership feeling my vehicle is mechanically sound and safe. Love the free cash wash also.   Logan Lane is top notch when it comes to customer service. He goes above & beyond to get you in & out quickly. He is my go to service advisor. Super friendly as well and a Buccaneer fan.

  Had recent service done for the Integra. Logan Lane was my service advisor. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. My car was serviced timely and even received an excellent hand car wash. Great customer service!

  John Shaw has been my Service Advisor at Crown Acura for about 10 years and 3 different Acura vehicles. He always provides excellent service. If you have an Acura I highly recommend you ask for John Shaw when you take your Acura in for service.
