    Bought a car from Crown Acura after looking at other dealers. We originally were looking at a 2023 but ended up getting a great deal on a 2026 A Spec Integra. Breezy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to help greatly throughout the process. We will shop with crown Acura, and specifically Breezy, again in the future. Thanks!

    Great experience, family style and super friendly staff. Great sales person in Ms. Breanna (Breezy) would highly recommend you guys to her 10/10 times! Did an amazing job and shows that woman can accomplish anything. Enjoying my new car and follow up service by Ms. Breezy is very welcoming and shows her dedication to her job.     I had a generally great experience with Crown Acura in Clearwater last week My advisor, Logan, was exceptional, and the team arranged a shuttle home for me, which was so helpful. However, during the visit, the driver, Robin, seemed to smell strongly of alcohol. As a bartender, I’m really familiar with that scent, and it made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it was midday. I hope this can be looked into, because I want to keep the safety and trust I had in your service ,Thank you.

    They have "known issues" and "recalls". Know issues you pay for. Wondering what a known issue costs you? Cheap little plastic clip on my sunroof shade breaks, the entire shade needs replaced! Used the sunroof less than two dozen times in 4 years. My warranty expired 2 months prior.. I got multiple estimates, you can't just replace the clip. $1500 to replace the whole thing with the same cheap plastic clips. Now we understand what "known issues" means = "planned obsolescence" consumers pay for, per their design. I wouldn't expect that out of Accura. Appears it's time to reset expectations. Pro tip - do yourself a favor and go to a reputable local mom and pop repair shop to get your servicing done for less then half the price. They go by the "manufacturers" recommended service plan (not the "dealerships" recommendations, who aren't even engineers) per the way you drive the vehicle and the region you're typically driving the vehicle. Accura - please don't leave some canned response for me to reach out to you. Once you reach out to me and make this right, then I'll update this post appropriately. Thank you
