  Great sales team to work with . I purchased from out of state and they did absolutely everything to make the process smooth and to answer any and all questions I had. Special thanks to Anibal, my sales contact, for everything he did to help to facilitate me as a buyer that needed extra attention as I couldn't see the vehicle in person.. It was truly a pleasure to work with you guys.

  We reached out to several dealers in our 500-mile radius to find a new Audi, but Audi Clearwater stood out with its exceptional customer service. Colin McAllister, our sales consultant, made the process seamless and pleasant, which is not always the case when shopping for a new car. We were also impressed with Ryan, the sales manager, who successfully found the perfect car and price for us. We are grateful to be apart of the Audi family and will be returning for our future vehicle purchases!

  Purchasing the car was even better than I expected. From our very first meeting, I felt a professional approach and a genuine desire to help, not just to sell a car. A huge thank you to Joe for his patience, attentiveness, and excellent communication. He made the entire purchasing process as comfortable as possible and answered all of my questions. I’d also like to thank George, who handled the financing quickly and professionally. Everything was clear, with no hidden surprises or unnecessary complications. At the end, I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful gift—the car was delivered with a full tank of gas. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s details like this that leave a lasting positive impression. I am extremely happy with my new Audi and with the entire buying experience.   I worked with Andre Thomas for the purchase of a 2025 Certified Pre-Owned Q5. He was great! He shared his knowledge and was very patient while I made my decision. Car shopping as a single woman is usually an uncomfortable experience, but not at Audi of Clearwater. Everyone was amazing. I am more than happy with the deal I got and LOVE my new (to me) car. I highly recommend Andre and Audi of Clearwater.

  Took my lady's car there to fix an electrical issue. In diagnosing the issue, they created another - though the dealer suggests the issues are related. No matter, it required multiple trips to their show, waiting for hours. Oh, and by the way, in spite of there being $100K+ vehicles in their showroom, they REQUIRE YOU TO PAY A 4% CHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR SERVICES. Debit has no charge. Yup, they have that much nerve to ask you to pay top $ for a premium vehicle, and then ask you to cover their banking fees when you have it serviced. Astonishing, really. I'd go elsewhere ...
