- RHRoyal HaloJun 28, 20261.0This company illegally towed my vehicle in front of my own business. Because a disgruntled business partner decided that he wanted to cause me more trouble than he already has. Their business location is not visible from the street. They refused to come out and deal with me personally. They said I had to send in my paperwork. She's proving ownership of the vehicle and I told him I have it in hand. They went from charging us $460 one day to $615 the next day and now it's at 670 plus whatever they're going to charge us today because we've been trying to get our vehicle for the last 2 days now. He cussed me out on the phone. Hung up on me told me I was wasting his time and told me he refused to send somebody out to the tow yard and so I can prove ownership of the vehicle. But dealing with tow companies like this. This is how they make their money. They stall they make up excuses and then they up charge you more than what it said and he tried to tell me that everything's backed up by Florida State. We called the non-emergency police number and if they don't get out here and give me my car then it's criminal. So let's see what happens. We'll keep you updated

Towed my car and held it for 56 minutes but charged $428.48, including a fake $250 “lien fee” they couldn’t legally file at 1 a.m. Lot was dark, unmarked. I have video of multiple ordinance violations. And have filed official complaints. Avoid any property that uses this company.
