  I've rented hundreds of cars over the years, from various companies, but the people we dealt with at Alamo at St. Pete-Clearwater Intl. Airport exceeded every expectation. You expect the car to function well; you don't always get that same kind of service from the people involved. The folks we interacted with at Alamo did everything right!

  Got an automatic upgrade when they were out of the economy option I had reserved. Didn’t like the choice so I was able to choose from any ( within reason) that were available. No problem at all. Everyone that helped me were very pleasant even though it was late in the day at the end of their shifts. Very smooth transactions coming and going! Would highly recommend!

  I’ve used them all but have had the best experience with Alamo. The service has been better than others and I really like that you can utilize their kiosks in many locations and avoid the wait at the counter. The rental price may not always be the cheapest, but it’s always competitive.
