  We were leaving the airport in the car we reserved, and the manager made us get out of the car. He would not allow us to rent the car with the official temporary drivers license issued by THE STATE OF NEW YORK. The license had an official bar code that could easily verify that it was legitimate. We also had our passports and the credit card that we used to make the reservation. (The state of New York takes any other state license you have when they issue you a New York license, so we no longer had our VA license). Any moron could verify all of thIs. INSTEAD THEY MADE US PERP WALK WITH ALL OF OUR LUGGAGE back to the airport, and left us COMPLETELY STRANDED. The manager’s answer for how we might alleviate the situation was to get in one of the long lines to see if another rental company would be more decent company. He treated us like criminals. This behavior from a business that we’ve used before is UNFORGIVABLE. We plan to contact corporate with our story.

  Picked up vehicle from pie international Airport. It was a smooth transaction and the vehicle was great.

  Unbelievably fast and everyone was extremely friendly and got me on my way in record time. That's got to be one of the best rental car experiences I have ever had! 5 stars for this location hands-down!

  Service was pleasant the car was mostly clean a couple pop bottles rolled out from under seat. Drop.off was pleasant and quick.

  Both the rental check-in and return process was great. Very quick and painless, with inputing all my info in the app for Accelerated Check-Out and Skip The Counter. I’ve had 2 great rentals with Alamo. Hope to have more. I had the unfortunate experience of having to file a claim with my 1st rental due to windshield damage. However, they made it an easy process.
