  Nothing but praise for Alamo at PIE Airport! After a hellacious experience with Budget last year, we were all a little nervous about renting a car again. Alamo completely changed that. Their Skip the Counter service made all the difference. We were able to walk straight to our vehicle, load up, and leave the airport in record time. It was such a smooth, hassle-free process and the perfect way to start our vacation. The only thing I wish was different is the toll payment system. I had no problem paying the $4.40 in tolls I incurred, but I wasn’t thrilled about the additional $10 service fee. I would have appreciated clearer information on how to avoid that fee or an option to pay the tolls without the extra charge. Overall, it was a fantastic rental experience. The convenience, efficiency, and ease of the pickup process far exceeded our expectations. I would definitely rent from Alamo at PIE again.

  It was seamless and the not waiting in line was an incredible time saver for our big group. The staff on the lot were also friendly and helpful, both during pickup and drop off.

  Easy and pleasant experience … in and out in 10 minutes… cars are clean and ready to go…. Staff was surprising happy and willing to help

  We were given our car and then shown the gate we had to exit through to get checked out. The gate was about 100 yards from where we were. There were about 15 cars ahead of us and it took an hour and 15 minutes for us to get to the gate. I also used your QR code to check in and that delayed the final check out even longer as I didn’t get the email until later that night so there was nothing for the agent to scan
