I went today to this store to buy a new battery for my VW Tiguan and the employee told me that they can’t do it because the new battery have to be registered. So disappointed. - AFAsh does FloridaOct 8, 20261.0Literally the worst experience ever. My husband and I went to get my battery tested to see if it had a bad cell, the store tested it and confirmed what we thought. Once we went to start the car, it was dead and we asked if they could use their jump box to help start it, They said no. So we used my husbands truck to go home and grab jumper cables. Once we were back, We ended up buying a battery in store and then were told that they actually weren’t going to honor their free battery instillation, it was 7pm. We had no tools to do this and our kids were now in the car, instead they gave my husband a cart of tools and stood at the door smoking a cigarette while propping the door open and watching us try to change this. What a SHAME this store put us through after spending $300, I definitely would never recommend someone to this location.
