  I had one of the worst experiences ever at this location. I made a reservation ahead of time, showed up as scheduled, and ended up waiting nearly TWO HOURS and no one ever showed up to help. There were about 10 other customers waiting with me, all confused and frustrated. Nobody knew what was going on. Staff members who were there kept saying they didn’t know anything, offering zero solutions or communication. It felt completely disorganized and unprofessional. This wasn’t just an inconvenience it was a complete waste of time. I had a flight to catch, and after waiting that long with no help, I had no choice but to leave, make a new reservation at another location, and drive an extra 30–40 minutes just to get a car. When people make reservations, they expect basic reliability. That clearly doesn’t exist at this location. After seeing how many bad reviews this place already has, it’s obvious this is an ongoing issue. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this. Until then, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you’re okay with being ignored and wasting hours of your day.

  The vehicle I received was somewhat dirty on the outside, which was disappointing. The check-out process felt suspicious—no physical documents were provided, and the agent stated that all information would be sent by text. Upon returning the vehicle, there was no inspection or confirmation of the vehicle’s condition. I was later charged $28 for gas, even though I returned the car with the same fuel level as when I picked it up. No receipt was issued at the time of return; I was simply told to “check the text.” Overall, the experience lacked transparency and professionalism. Omni Hotel in Champion Gate Dates12-16 July 2025

  Jamauri is great to work with. I returned the car here and got another one-day rental with no problem at all.
