  I paid 200 bucks for a diagnostic test on my transmission. I asked for a printout of the results . I waited then called them to email me a copy . No response. No way to run a business.

  I would not recommend Venemex Auto Shop to anyone. They knowingly sold me a car with serious mechanical problems and then spent three months telling me that nothing was wrong with it. After taking the vehicle to a Kia dealership, I received a diagnostic report confirming that the car had a bad engine, a failing turbo, and a blown head gasket. If you're considering buying a vehicle from Venemex Auto Shop, be very careful. Based on my experience, I would not trust them. A dealership should be honest about the condition of the vehicles they sell and stand behind their customers when serious problems arise. In my case, that did not happen, and I regret doing business with them. Barely had a chance to drive or enjoy this vehicle was taken advantage of as a single mom with a baby on my hip! Repair shop is located at same place of auto sale
