  Opened an monthly pass returned a couple days later and arm did not open up for me did not think anything of it as it opened up and I passed through great. Just returned this morning and same thing did not let me pass walked up to window and the to advise i was charged for this pass and was refused service because employee failed to complete process of adding payment card for future billing.did not have a card on me at the time and was refused service refused refund given corporate number with no resolve you guys just took my money and refused service refunds what's going on here.manager at location chased me away with no resolve .poor customer service guys do better train your staff..terrible customer service

  My first time experiencing the Tommy’s car wash on Chiquita. Was very impressed vacuuming was great. The wash mats were fantastic and thank you to Anthony. Will return.

  Vouchers for a 50% discount are given away. If you redeem them, you still pay the full price. Despite repeated requests, no help was received. Can't give the service stars.

  This is my first time at a car wash and this one has Very good customer service I believe Anthony was the name of the sever very informative this location has very good service I’ll be back soon

  The works wash is better than any other car wash I’ve bought before. Very great wash quality and very valuable for every product you get with it. Will be coming back for Anthony’s amazing service. Very nice guy!
