  Absolutely ridiculous!!! I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I went through the car wash and, as I was driving out, the weatherstripping on my vehicle was ripped off. I have a video showing the damage happening as I was exiting the wash. The missing piece was actually located inside the car wash, and an employee had to go back inside to retrieve it. I immediately reported the damage and filed a claim. When I spoke with an employee about the situation, I was told that if I provided a receipt showing the cost of the damage/repair, the company would refund me. Despite being told that I would be refunded once I provided the repair estimate/receipt, the company is now refusing to provide the refund. What is most frustrating is that I have video evidence showing the damage occurred while my vehicle was going through the car wash, and I followed the instructions I was given when I reported it. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—I’m asking the business to take responsibility for damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their car wash and to honor what their employee told me. I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle before and after using this car wash and keeping any video, receipts, estimates, and communication if something happens to your vehicle. On top of that while they were looking at the damage on my car, another employee was trying to fix the back windshield wiper that was ripped off of the car parked next to me…

  It’s scorching hot outside with insane UV index reports today…yet Anthony is still out here giving out top tier service. Tommy’s offers sprays, free towels, and even free air fresheners! Love it here!

  I love coming to Tommy’s, it does the job and with the membership I can come any day I want, usually a couple of times a week. The vacuums always work, there is compressed air to help get the crumbs out and they even have towels you can use. Overall, it does a nice job, I don’t except excellent since it isn’t a hand wash.

  We are new to Tommys car wash and we are very pleased! The car wash industry in cape coral is very oversaturated but tommys is a shine above. Anthony in particular, provides amazing service!

  Love coming over to Tommy’s Express on Chiquita. Definitely one of my favorite places to go on my weekly errands. Anthony is always regularly outside giving out amazing service! Been coming here for years and the service from him has remained great! Kudos to that guy!
