  Actually pretty good thought it was going to be worse I am in listing into the monthly after seeing what I can do to the car, 6 months without washing the car and came out almost near to it coming off the lot, just a small hand over it and the car would be spot less !!!! Good price for the month and even the one time, Also Anthony helping me out after the wash to do the small little details that were missing was amazing, cool crew

  Today was my first time trying out Tommy’s. The facility is clean and seems well maintained. Free vacuums and mat washers. The staff is absolutely friendly. But even with WORKS, the "best" program, my car came out not clean. There is no manual pre-wash for rims and bugs. Rear side still dirty between letters. No visible tire shine. Employee offered 2nd try with the same results.

  They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Had a unique situation where I had bird poop in the seal of my door. Don’t ask how, I have NO clue. I asked Vinny about it and he handed me a free cleaning kit to help get it off if going through the wash didn’t get rid of it (it didn’t). Vinny even went as far as to come out and check when I was vacuuming out my car. Always worth the money coming here

  I would never refer anybody to Tommy Express Car Wash in Cape Coral!! Don’t waste your money or time here. Honestly there are much better car wash companies out there. These people cannot be trusted!!

  If I wanted to use my member account, I would have gone through the members line. I chose the cashier line specifically because I wanted to use a different payment method. I explained this clearly, but the cashier completely ignored me and charged my account anyway. Absolute 0/5 customer service.
