  I can't say enough great things about this place! I went to put air in my tires today and discovered I had a screw in one of them. I stopped by, and the team quickly took a look and confirmed that, unfortunately, I needed a new tire because the screw was in the sidewall. Even though it wasn't the news I was hoping for, they made the entire experience stress free. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful! It's hard to find businesses that provide this level of customer service these days, and this team definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them if you're looking for honest, efficient service. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

  They would not replace the brake pads without replacing rotors. The tech “did not want to get involved.” I was fine with no warranty, but they Turned down $165/hr labor Because the rotors were “shot.” Decide for yourself (picture attached). Decent alignment and Free tire rotation added a star.

  Shane and his crew did an amazing job with my car. Came in with a question and got out with 2 new needed tires and knowledge of what needs to be fixed next! Appreciate you so much! Will definitely be back and send more business over !

  Do not recommend Tire Kingdom – Skyline location in Cape Coral. My son went in for two new tires and was told he had no brake fluid, “frozen” calipers, and several other urgent issues totaling over $1,000 in repairs. He was pressured into additional work that we told him to decline. Once the car was home, it was inspected by Joey Utley (automotive degree) and everything they claimed was false—the brake fluid was fine and none of the other issues existed. My husband also called and spoke with the manager, going point by point through the invoice. With his automotive background, he explained why several of the claims were not even mechanically possible, and the manager actually agreed on multiple items. They also charged a tire disposal fee even though the tires were not disposed of and were taken with the vehicle. When I returned for a refund, I was given $7 cash for the disposal fee, not processed through the register and without proper documentation or tax included. My son realized when we went to the shop that the manager I got the refund from was also the technician who made the original diagnosis. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise caution. The diagnostics and sales approach felt misleading and not trustworthy. It is clear they intended to defraud someone who didnt know any better but my greater concern is...is this an isolated bad apple or a scripted practice by Tire Kingdom. Based on the scripted lines used like "i dont make commission, i just care about your safety" (while blatantly lying)....I have to say I will probably avoid all tire kingdoms going forward.

  Our Tire Kingdom replaced the oil in my car about a month ago. We were so very pleased with the kindness of the employees and quality of service that we came back today for another type of service. Today they replaced a headlight bulb and the quality of care was equal or not better than it was during our previous visit. Thank you Tire Kingdom!
