  Mikey G is an excellent mechanic! He always takes great care of me and my car, and the entire team is welcoming, professional, and trustworthy. You can tell it’s a great shop as soon as you pull in and see how many vehicles they have on the lot being worked on. Even though they’re always busy with customers, they consistently manage to get my car back to me quickly without sacrificing the quality of the work. Whether I’m there for a simple oil change or more serious repairs, I know I can trust the team at Firestone on Skyline. Highly recommend this shop, and especially Mikey G!

  I recently had a blowout on one of the tires on my vehicle. Took it to the 1011 SW Pine Island Road Tire Choice location. It was mid afternoon and I really needed it fixed by the next morning. Unfortunately the tire was not in stock at that location but D. the manager was able to get the tire I needed special delivery from their warehouse and completed the repair that evening before they closed. I’ve used this location before for tire service and always have been extremely happy with them. They definitely made the extra effort to go above and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle back that evening and I am very grateful for the service that was provided.

  To sum it up, your service guy was rude, but honestly not really his fault! You send coupon out for$57.99. Then dont honor it! Technician/ service guy has no idea the coupon exists? This is not his fault! Been going to this location for 4 years plus, will probably never return. When we moved to the area, there was a guy named Josh that worked there, he always took care of us. Your guy couldn't find me in the system??? Called and tried to sell me stuff i did not need, when i refused,, he specifically said it's not ready yet, then never called back to tell me it was ready. I was across the street, so i observed my car being parked, i waited over 30 minutes after it was done, no call. Then was rude when i asked why he never called? I made the appointment for 4pm, then got a confirmation as i was pulling up, that it was 430? The point of the appointment was so it could be done in a timely manner. They did get me in just after 4, so that's positive. My service was complete at 6:07. Cost, just under$100. It was supposed to be $57.99. Don't start with the bs of synthetic blend, blah blah! When i booked, i specifically relayed the exact information of my car. I specially came because of the coupon. This is not anyone who works at the locations fault, it's ABSOLUTELY THE COMPANY! You've previously serviced my Corvette, my infinity, my truck, my friends vehicles as well! This was extremely disappointing, from the service to the simple coupon issue. Icing on the cake, a lady was there for a simple low pressure issue, your guy trying to sell her a bunch of bs, stating her warranty would be negated if she didn't replace the tire!??? That was over the top!? I made him mad because i told her he was incorrect. Terrible experience.

  There are businesses that simply do the job, and then there are businesses with people who genuinely care. Tire Choice at 1011 Pine Island Road is one of those places. My car broke down, and while I was waiting for the tow truck, Dee called me twice just to make sure I was safe and to check on how I was doing. That simple act of kindness meant so much during a stressful situation. When my car finally arrived, Dee personally changed my tires and stood out in the pouring rain to help me. He never made me feel like I was a burden—he treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion from start to finish. What touched me the most was that he also took the time to help my 80-year-old mother at no charge. In today’s world, it’s rare to meet someone with that kind of generosity and integrity. Dee is a true gentleman with an incredible work ethic and an even bigger heart. Customer service like this is almost impossible to find anymore. Because of Dee, Tire Choice has earned a customer for life. If you need tires or auto service, do yourself a favor and visit Tire Choice on Pine Island Road. I recommend them 100%, and I hope management recognizes what an exceptional employee they have in Dee.
