  I had a 9:00 AM appointment to have my windshield installed. I arrived on time, but I did not leave until around 11:30 AM. Almost two and a half hours to install a windshield is already unacceptable. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was even more disappointing. The very next day, the windshield trim came off. This should not happen if the windshield and trim are installed properly. My insurance company is paying for this service because the windshield is an important safety component of my vehicle. I trusted this company to perform the installation correctly and professionally. Instead, the windshield was improperly installed, and I now have to deal with a problem the very next day. This is not just about appearance or inconvenience—it is about the safety and quality of the installation. I am extremely disappointed with the workmanship and the service I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

  They have replaced a huge part of their employees with AI, they obviously don't care about humans, don't recommend this company to anyone

  This company is dialed in! Made a claim online with my insurance, directed me to Safelite's scheduling page, picked a time and date and boom. They came within that window and it's done, just like that.
