  Used Mavis tires for the first time . Used the Synchrony bank % for 6 months option . I set up auto pay to pay off tires before the 6-month period to not pay intersted . Well Synchrony did a courtesy , because I paid the first 5 payments , and gave me a month off and cancelled my autopay for month 6 and made the due date month 7 . So they purposely cancelled the 6th month payment and the next day charged me $168.00 in interest . Very shady . When I contacted them about this their answer was “ we are sorry for any inconvienience . Beware I will never ever use Mavis tire or synchrony bank again nor refer them to anybody else !!! I’d rather pay more for a tire then to ultimately get ripped off in the end !!!

  Jason was fantastic!! I was obviously flustered as a woman who didn’t know what necessarily to do when I walked in with tire trouble and he walked me through it with confidence, ease and patience. The customer service was 10/10 and the price was worth it. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends

  Let me start by saying, Gleb I did not forget about what you and everyone did for me! I had to get ALL my brakes done after a lonnnng drive from Jersey and let me tell you, Glen, Tommy and Jason went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for being such amazing people and truly helping me in a time of need. I would recommend them 100 times over. I wish success and blessings for you all! I made it back to Jersey safe and my brakes have never been better.. Thank you again for your kindness and truly being such amazing people! Go see them!!!! They are so helpful and will really work with you!

  What a difference a great manager makes. Malvin it so thorough and very professional and expert … as a woman the worst thing you want to go is into a garage and say I think there’s something wrong with my brakes 🤦‍♀️because usually I get totally scammed to change everything … not here. malvin showed me the back and the front and said the front were fine and helped me understand what the rotors that are bad feel like. … extremely service oriented very reasonably priced. Just had to come back to adjust the tire pressure gauges and he jumped right on it !! I have been going to mavis in Nj for 10 years but this is by far the best experience I ever had. Even his employees were telling me how happy they are working for him. He totally caged the customer experience and their work environment!! Go Malvin we will be back as will my husband and anyone else we can tell!!!

  This is the only place I will ever bring my car to get her taken care of. They are honest, trustworthy, and provide great service. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them. Also, make sure to speak with Malvin. He goes into great detail, makes sure you understand what’s going on with your car, and truly makes sure you’re taken care of.
