  Spoke with owner on 2 occassion and agreed on used trailer price for 20’ pontoon trailer. Owner requested i come after 2:00 pm on monday as he was busy that day and was closed gor the weekend!! When i showed up the price of the trailer was over a thousand dollars more than we had agreed on! Owner is a salesman with a silver tongue who either does not stand by his word or has a very poor memory!! I had a horrible experience. He didn't even try to make good on his word !

  I was in a bind and needed my trailer fixed ASAP. Casey broke his wrist and still came to work and had his Team fit me into his packed schedule. He and his Team are Amazing!! I won't go anywhere else for my trailer needs.

  If I could give Island Coast Trailers 10 stars, I absolutely would. Casey was beyond helpful while I navigated purchasing my new trailer. As a woman boater, walking into anything involving mechanics, boats, or trailers can sometimes feel intimidating because let’s be honest, sometimes we don’t know all the technical buzzwords. We just know “that thingamadoodle over there” needs fixing. 😅 Casey never once made me feel uncomfortable or talked down to me. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly personable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What I appreciated most is that Island Coast Trailers feels like what local business should feel like. Family owned, honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring about their customers instead of feeling like some giant corporate machine. If you’re looking for a trailer in Lee County, Collier County, or the Port Charlotte area, I highly recommend Island Coast Trailers. Great people. Great service. Great experience.
