  Enterprise consistently has nice, clean, well maintained vehicles. I try to rent with this company when I travel and my experiences have been consistent. You hire great team members who exude personality and care. Please keep doing what you do on the people side and with your fleet.

  Hub caps tie wrapped on ,,, tie wraps broke off on 3 hub caps leaving them to fly off and kill someone ,,, No windshield wiper fluid ,,, Inside car windows filthy dirty ,,, Broken air conditioner vent ,,, Broken car phone charger (2026 and i cant charge my phone ,, incredible) It was more like "rent a wreck" at Enterprise prices ,,,

  **Extremely disappointing experience\.** I called this Enterprise location **the day before** because I specifically needed a **Large SUV** while my vehicle was being repaired at a collision center\. I was told that my request/reservation had been **entered into their system**, so based on that confirmation, I arranged my entire day around dropping off my vehicle for repairs\. Today, after dropping my car off at the collision center, I had to wait approximately **40 minutes just for someone from Enterprise to pick me up** and take me to their office\. Once I finally arrived, I was told that they did **not have the Large SUV I had requested** and that what they had available was a Premium SUV instead\. I then spent approximately **two hours at Enterprise while they were unable to resolve the situation or provide the vehicle I had arranged for the day before**\. The worst part is that after wasting all that time, I ultimately had to leave Enterprise, return to the collision center, and **pick up my own vehicle instead of leaving it for the scheduled repairs**\. This was not simply an issue of a vehicle being unavailable\. The problem was the complete lack of communication and coordination\. Had I been told in advance that they could not provide the vehicle I requested, I could have made other arrangements and avoided wasting hours of my day and disrupting my scheduled vehicle repairs\. A reservation or confirmed request means very little if the customer arrives and the company is completely unprepared to honor it or provide a reasonable solution\. **Very frustrating, poorly coordinated experience\. I would not rely on this location again for a time\-sensitive rental\.**

  Rental was the same brand and model as what I was already driving making the switch over to another vehicle super easy. The rental was full of gas and clean. Great experience and I’m turn to Enterprise if I need a rental again

  I always use this location for work rentals. And usually rent a full-size suv. But this branch and the staff will always go above and beyond for a fun alternative if your reserved vehicle isn’t available. Will always rent from this branch and appreciate the awesome service!
