  When I booked my rental through Enterprise, I arranged for pickup and drop-off at a specific location. Unfortunately, the scheduled pickup never arrived. I then spent over an hour trying to reach a representative by phone before ultimately having to bike 2 miles to the rental location to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving, I was informed that the location does not provide complimentary transportation services, despite my reservation including pickup arrangements. I was then provided with a complimentary vehicle upgrade and a fuel incentive, which I appreciated. The staff representative was very helpful and even helped load my bike into the car. However, no additional accommodations or compensation were offered to address the significant inconvenience, delay, and transportation burden caused by the missed pickup and lack of communication.

  My recent rental with Enterprise was outstanding. The team provided fast, courteous service and made the entire process seamless. The vehicle was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my travel needs. I also appreciated the clear communication and smooth return process. Overall, a very positive experience, and I will gladly rent from Enterprise again.

  They know how to take a reservation but they don’t know how to hold a reservation. Highly recommend that you call the location directly to confirm availability of the vehicle you’re reserving. They always show availability when they don’t have the type of vehicle you need. No call back, no e-mail, no shame. Just a very poor experience.
