  I had a great experience with Enterprise when I rented a van. The customer service representative who assisted me during pickup was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Employees like him are a great reflection of a company and are exactly the kind of people you want representing your brand. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Enterprise — that guy deserves a raise! Great job, and thank you for having someone who truly understands what excellent customer service looks like.

  Like Raphael I had a negative experience here. Booked a reservation and showed up via bycycle with a credit card, and liscense. They told me that they don't accept the credit card from my bank and I would need to get a real credit card??? This was after I called the previous night and explained my situation and told them that I only had the type of card that I had and was assured everything would be fine. Only reason they want you to have a major credit card is its much harder to dispute (not my problem). I showed up went to get my reservation was greeted by a very rude employee, did not want to lend any extra help and told me that I should look at getting a "real credit card". I'm sorry that I don't have any debt and don't need an actual credit card for anything. My card is a Visa signarure credit card what more do you want? I will never go with Enterprise again, Turo had a vehicle at my door in an hr. Highly recommend Turo

  Rented a lovely minivan from this location. It was clean, staff was very friendly and professional, and granted there was no line when I went in, but I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes with the vehicle Only issue I had was they forgot to mark the vehicle as returned when I did return it, but to their credit, it was very busy when I brought it in and it just slipped through the cracks. When I called the next morning they got it checked back in and got me my receipt in mere minutes! Overall very pleasant experience at this location!

  Super friendly staff at this location. It's the only one in the area open on Sundays so when they open at 10am expect a line. If your in a hurry get there a bit early so you dont stress out. The Malibu we rented had some sort of tire related vibration thatt was bad at highway speeds. The staff was apologetic and Liz took care of us to make it right..kudos to your staff here!
