  After some much needed help., the assistant branch manager Matt., did an outstanding job reaching out to me after an experience didn’t go over so well at another location. After speaking with Matt he encouraged me to visit him at the del prado location, and he would personally accommodate me and speak with me about which vehicle he had set aside. I was very pleased with his professionalism as a manager he went above and beyond. THANKS MATT

  I reserved a vehicle with Enterprise well in advance. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I was told that no vehicles were available in the class I had reserved. I agreed to accept a smaller vehicle rather than wait for my reserved class. I was then told the vehicle would be ready in about 15 minutes. After waiting more than 30 minutes, the vehicle still was not available and there was no clear update on when it would be ready. Because of the delay and uncertainty, I canceled the rental and made other arrangements. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but accepting a reservation and then not having a vehicle available at pickup was disappointing. Better communication and more accurate wait-time estimates would have improved the experience.
