The manager was absolutely the best — very professional, attentive, and always willing to help with an amazing attitude. The entire staff was extremely kind, patient, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. You can really tell they work as a team and truly care about their customers. I definitely recommend this location and would gladly come back again. Excellent experience!

I just really don't understand how you can mix up a big radiator and give me a 2in switch.

She made a face when I didn’t know what type of battery it was. I felt pretty belittled and she made me feel dumb. She didn’t ask me questions to where I can give a better answer. The gentleman with the glasses was really kind and salvaged my experience at this AutoZone. I explained to him that I didn’t know the answer to the other lady’s question but all he needed to know if it was a 4 cylinder. Then he was able to select the right one. He was very nice. I appreciate him being kind, but I just didn’t appreciate the older lady attitude. It was rude, overall I wish the company blessings and prosperity, but I won’t be shopping here anymore.
